GenZ and technology are closely intertwined. The first generation enters society and has no recollection of a time before social media and Wi-Fi. Empathise with Mental Health Needs and Promoting Patience and Persistence

For GenZ employees, empathy is everything. About 82 percent believe it is important for managers to provide ‘mental health days’ when they feel exhausted or stressed. Gen Z employees want to know that their leaders are doing everything they can to keep them happy and healthy. Business leaders in this space must find ways to express empathy. For example, it may be helpful to implement a workplace wellness strategy that focuses on providing team members with ways to manage stress and prevent burnout. Offering specific benefits, such as access to counseling, more time off when employees feel overwhelmed, and competitive wages to address financial issues, can be great ways to attract and retain Gen Z employees.

In today's society, instant data, instant gratification, and answers are often taken for granted. Setting realistic expectations and meaningful development and collaboration can go a long way toward understanding. Taking on large projects, breaking them down into stages, and celebrating the successes along the way can help in developing patience and understanding. Focusing on the big picture and evaluating milestones can help reduce stress and encourage patience and persistence in achieving the r goals.
