“Power begins with independence. When a woman controls her finances, she controls her choices—where she works, her lifestyle, and the future she builds. Economic freedom isn’t just empowerment; it’s ownership. It’s not just about earning; it’s about having a voice, a seat at the table, and the confidence to shape the world around her. True empowerment goes beyond just access to jobs—it’s about fair opportunities, skill-building, entrepreneurship, and creating spaces where women’s voices are valued. This shift is even more urgent in industries like design and construction, where leadership is still largely male-dominated.

Women don’t just need opportunities—they need authority. Real change happens when women are not just included but lead, shaping narratives and redefining success on their own terms. For me, design has always been more than just aesthetics—it’s a tool for change, a way to build something of my own and a space where my ideas are heard and respected.

After leading projects from concept to execution, I believe that expertise is independent of gender. When women lead, they challenge outdated norms, bring new perspectives, and create environments that reflect a more equitable world.

Beyond personal success, economic independence creates a ripple effect. When women thrive, families, communities, and industries thrive. Supporting women in business, design, and entrepreneurship isn’t just fair but is a way to progress.

Empowerment isn’t about breaking barriers anymore. It’s about making sure they never exist again.”
