Established in 1954 and affiliated with the University of Delhi, the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi is often regarded as one of the best business schools in India. The IIRF MBA ranking 2024 underscores the longevity of its success as the institute stood tall in the second position, beating other prestigious Indian business schools, including the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. However, FMS Delhi students not only benefit from being part of a globally-recognized university but also land envious job offers.

FMS Delhi recently wound up its summer placement process, with 289 students
receiving job offers from 101 companies. It’s interesting to note that many companies were generous with their interest, making multiple offers. According to a statement released by FMS, on average, the Class of 2025 received a stipend to the tune of Rs.2.96 lakh, while the median stipend stood at Rs.3 lakh. The top 10 percent of students went on to crack an average stipend of Rs.4.22 lakh, while the top 20 percent and the top 50 percent of students got Rs.4.03 lakh and Rs.3.57 lakh, respectively.

The FMCG sector took the lead once again, while pharmaceutical, consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, industrial goods and automobile sectors came to the party looking to predominantly fill sales /marketing roles. The list of recruiters also included Asian Paints, AstraZeneca, Bridgestone, Cipla, Coca-Cola, Dabur, Diageo, Disney and Tata Play. We take this opportunity to congratulate all the FMSians who got placed. And on this note, we present our yearly special issue featuring prestigious alumni of the institute.
