Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM - Tiruchirappalli) is setting a great precedent with Executive Programs like ‘Leadership and Change Management (EPLCM)’ to equip learners to be change-makers by boosting their competencies in responding to changes and the need for business transformations. The program aims at helping students gain a conceptual understanding of how organizations evolve, transform, and change.
The eleventh IIM, IIM–Tiruchirappalli, was established in January 2011. The institute currently offers a two-year full time residential Post Graduate Program in Management(PGPM), a two year Post Graduate Program in Business Management(PGPBM) for working executives at its Chennai satellite and a Fellow Program in Management(FPM) for Doctor of Business Administration candidates, among others. The institute’s alumni ecosystem is already home to a few stellar business leaders, and this issue is dedicated to them. Do let us know your thoughts.
