The quote rightly fits the current pandemic situation where employees swing between ‘yes job’ and ‘no job’ situation. Hence the only way to ensure that you remain employed is to keep upgrading yourself irrespective of the industry or the role you are in. This is the bitter truth and we have to live by it.

With the changing time, the work culture has changed
drastically. This means that the corporates and the employees have to learn to deal with the changing dynamics. Hence upgrading oneself tops the chart. But as with time most employees will continue to work for home, the face of corporate training will change too, may be forever. That remains a challenge for the corporate training providers to how they mould themselves with this change and yet still provide customized training modules to fill in the skill gap while enabling companies achieve their training goals.
