Satyam Developers is one of the most renowned organizations in the Real Estate industry of Navi Mumbai. We have been successful in undertaking large construction projects. Reflect on some of the major challenges you have experienced in your journey so far? How did you overcome them?
The RealEstate industry is extremely capital intensive. Land prices are rising at a rapid rate. The real estate leaders need to keep identifying the new areas which possess the capability of development with better infrastructure facilities. They must have a vision for the next 10 years. As real estate operations are based on finite land supply in good locations it has been a major challenge to maintain a steady supply of units in areas where there is demand. Identifying these challenges and with a 10 years plan in mind, we as the team of Satyam Developers have build our land bank so that we can get ahead of the location boundary before the rise of the prices.

How would you describe the transformations that have taken place in the realestate industry in the last few years? How do you deal with the transformations?
I believe the biggest transformation that is taking place in the real estate industry is that real estate players have started understanding the value of being organized. Because organized players have come and

shown the way of doing things professionally. Customers are looking for premium quality properties, a hassle-free buying experience, and on time delivery. Hence, the realestate industry in the last few years has transformed its operations and has become more organized. Our uniqueness lies in understanding our customers and I make sure to personally meet my customers and understand their needs. We keep ourselves involved with our customers throughout the process even after the delivery.

What are the goals that you wish to invest in and how do you plan to take them further?
Throughout my journey as the Director of Satyam Developers, I have been focusing on the simple goal of customer delight . We as an organization have been able to provide more than 1000+ families with the best quality residential properties at affordable prices. Our customers are our priority and we make sure to make them feel comfortable and provide them with the best aftersales service. Our customers can buy houses with the best infrastructure facilities, following simple processes, and at affordable prices. Our goal is to build innovative homes in Navi Mumbai with a purpose to provide happiness, comfort, and a chance to escalate the standard of living of the residents.
