Pankaj has completed over 100 successful transitions and process stabilization, working for various organizations over the years. In an exclusive interview with CEO Insights, Pankaj spoke about his entrepreneurial journey so far.
What was the driving reason behind your rise from AR analyst to President & CEO of I-Conicsolutions?
Running your firm as a sole owner or as an entrepreneur necessitates a great deal of effort, as well as a distinct vision for how to run that organization and be successful. If we manage that business with dignity, honesty, and passion for the task, it may be tremendously satisfying, stimulating, and profitable. To get through the tough times and complete all of the necessary tasks, entrepreneurs must have complete faith in themselves, their products/services, and the value they provide. that comes from under standing andtrusting in your abilities to make a positive difference in the world. When it came to beginning out as an AR analyst and learning about the RCM sector, I was completely focused on looking forward to my senior position or designation and worked and learned accordingly. As a result I felt confident enough to launch my own company, I-Conicsolutions LLC.
Tell us about I-Conicsolutions' position in the Healthcare industry.What distinguishes it from its competitors in the industry?
Your company's success needs to stand out from the competition. While the majority of individuals grasp this notion, far too many firms fail to implement it. If you want to be successful, you must distinguish your company to stand out and get noticed. Otherwise, you'll end up looking like everyone else, making it much more difficult for folks to decide whether or not to work with you. I-Conicsolutions stands out among its rivals in the business because we provide exceptional services to our clients and answer all of their concerns. We concentrate on a specific specialty because attempting to serve everyone will result in no one being served. This is especially true for firms that provide services. Adapting your model or approach for a wide range of businesses is not cost-effective for your firm, and it makes it more difficult for customers to determine whether or not your company is a good fit. As an individual, my most significant achievement was establishing I-Conicsolutions, and it appears like I am achieving milestones daily, as each day brings a new set of problems. As an entrepreneur my greatest achievement is to create very constant and stable growth in terms of financial growth, we gained about 650 percent this fiscal year, and in the second year, we gained more than 500 percent which was during the pandemic era.

What are the changes in market behavior that you expect to see in the future, and what opportunities do you perceive? What are your aspirations for the future as an entrepreneur?
I started ICS to provide clients with a cost-efficient, high quality service by adopting fresh and successful ideas and skills that I have gained throughout my 12 year experience in the Healthcare industry. I have worked for several companies where I wasn't able to put my skills to good use for the benefit of my clients for various reasons. I've always wanted to create an environment where my customer feels like they're co-sourcing the business rather than outsourcing it. In addition, I want to create a platform for my employees to feel like partners rather than employees.
