Below is an excerpt of Abhishek Kumar Singh's exclusive interaction with CEO Insights magazine.
What factors influenced you to establish Myn App?
I was in my second year of college pursuing computer science when I first became interested in making progressive web applications and native apps as a hobby. This occurred during the lockdown. Therefore, it was from that experience that I derived an interest in designing apps. In addition, I explored a variety of technologies in college and studied a little about
electronics I had also been interested in UI and UX design. But by the end of my second year, an interest in app development had taken root in me.
Furthermore, just before the start of my fourth year, I got connected with a small team at Myn. They were working on creating a Super App system including social media, public persona, hyperlocal commerce, personal chat and communication, and corporate solutions. My interest was piqued, and I wanted to join the app's development team from its inception. Before I had completed my senior year of college, I had already decided that I wanted to be a part of something with all of those overlapping interests and concerns. As a result, I became a member of the core team behind the Myn App and contributed to its development.
Could you talk about the learnings and experiences that you acquired from VIT? How are you incorporating those insights into your entrepreneurial journey?
The norm of participating in clubs and chapters was one of the most useful aspects of my time at VIT. Therefore, they were essentially self-contained clubs and chapters inside VIT, and they provided me the opportunity to explore a wide range of technical specialties. In addition, it's great to meet others who share your interests. And most importantly, these clubs and chapters were like enterprises, little startups inside the university, which necessitated us to seek out funding, reach out for marketing, create our promotional materials, and host our events online. Moreover, when you're a member of a club, you learn the ins and outs of everything from technology to marketing to sponsorship to community engagement. What you're doing is, in a sense, developing a startup

mentality early on in life.
How would you define Myn App as an organization and its position in the market?
Myn was founded as a way to revolutionise the digital space. We know that the issue of data risks associated with using other regular single-purpose apps, is real, and we want to eradicate it for good. Myn eliminates the experience of multiple app usage for multiple needs, by bringing every digital use case from our daily lives into one singular system making it a `super app'. It's an app that is easy to use, functional, and allows for an all-round experience when it comes to social media, entertainment, ride-hailing, delivery services, chatting, calling, and much more, whilst promising safety in the way we use the internet today.
As a product, we charge zero commission from our drivers or content creators. With this model, we are empowering our customers and us, equally, making MYn nothing short of a creator and service provider's hub wherein they are in the forefront of their business a unique service no aggregator in the market promises today.
Going forward, what are the goals that you wish to invest in and how do you plan to take them further?
Taking a generalist stance and developing along that line is an important objective. Now is the moment for me to immerse myself in as many technological fields as possible. Simply said, I can converse about a certain technological stack in the context of specific technical domains, and not only to maintain that combination but also to provide a novel solution along that path. If there is a secondary objective, it is to attempt to think differently since in an entrepreneurial industry there are so many individuals creating great firms with the same idea that it's easy to get influenced.
