Throw Some Light On Your Global Experience. How Has It Helped In Your Entrepreneurial Journey?
I started my career at Sony, with the fast electronic market equipped me with product marketing and management experience from the local Hong Kong market, and then extended to the Asia Pacific region. I moved on and became the Chief Operating Officer at the industry giants Samsung Electronics where I further developed my own school of business philosophy. Before venturing to Nexstgo, I was the General Manager at Lenovo HK & Macau which can exercise my ingrained product marketing experience and EMBA knowledge to run the business.

Handling various leadership roles at these companies equipped me in sales, marketing, business expansion, business development, product modeling, channel distribution, B2B, and retail business management across AV & digital imaging, IT, consumer & commercial electronics, and more. The experience and my innate love for innovation and breakthroughs empowered me to start a tech business. In 2016, I became the Co-Founder & CEO of Nexstgo Company.

As A Co-Founder And CEO, What Roles And Responsibilities Have You Been Playing At Nexstgo?
While I'm responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, my complete focus remains on business development and setting up a strong team by hiring the right talent. We invite IT and IoT talents from all over the world. The dexterous troop of professionals we gathered is extremely capable of delivering excellence.

My role also includes formulating new business models and collaborating with global leaders. I also developed the new business model with VAIO Corporation in Japan to manage the Japanese brand and OEM business in the global market with VAIO Corporation. This apart, my efforts go into globalization and expansion of Nexstgo.

Your Company.
With the motto of `Do what the giants can't', Nexstgo focuses on bringing experiential technical solutions to modern-day corporate leaders. Here, we challenge every limitation of function, technology, and aesthetics, using a human-oriented approach to design an array of quality products and premium series consumer electronics.

Although we began our operations in Hong Kong, in a short span of three years we could spread our wings in over 25 countries such as Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain, and many others), UK/Ireland and the US, and others.

Intrigued with innovation and breakthroughs, i believe that the only way to create out-of-the-box solutions is by accepting the change


How Is Your Corporate Experience Helping You To Manage The Diverse Functions Of The Organization? And How Do You Keep Your Employees Keen And Enthusiastic?
My 27 years of experience in technology and consumer electronics is helping me to sense the market and customer behavior changes. By leveraging market intelligence and the opinions of experts, alliance partners, we are able to design futuristic models. My experience is helping me curate the right people and right technology to create fashionable IT/IoT products that are durable.

During my business management process, I emphasize the design thinking process: Think, Invent and Innovate. To reinforce our organizational leadership, I encourage my employee with the application of Eight-P's Working Philosophy that is to Plan, be Practical, Pioneer, Passion, Positive, Productive, Perform, and Persistent. We developed a culture of continuous improvement and promoting employee well-being. I always focus on motivating the team as they are the asset for our growth. We provide open opportunities for our employees to rise and shine. The significant Y-O-Y growth in sales and profit illustrates our ability to combine revenue growth through execution skills, process improvements, effective training, and motivation.


Give A Gist Of Your Premium Brands - Avita And Vaio.
AVITA was launched in 2017 for catering to the younger audience. It's known for its style, portability, and affordability. The product range includes PC, smart homes, and IoT devices that express individualism and gives an exceptional personal experience to the new-gen technophiles.

Later, we acquired the licensing rights for the manufacturing, sales, and marketing of VAIO laptops in India. Also, we made it in other Asian markets such as Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and other Middle East markets. Nexstgo reintroduced VAIO to Indian audiences with a series of finest-quality laptops and offered a personalized experience to tech enthusiasts. Since AVITA primarily plays in the budget segments, we crafted VAIO to focus on the premium segment with high-end machines.

We wish to become an industry leader in the Indian PC market by innovating our brands. We have built a strong foothold and reputation in the country and look forward to diversifying to lead the technology consumer electronics segment.

What Plans Do You Have In Place For Nexstgo? How Is Delhi Favoring You So Far?
New Delhi - a key city with a diverse community, is helping us to understand different consumer behavior. Although we just started
with sales and marketing or branding in India, we wish to collaborate with local partners to build an infrastructure that strengthens our overall functions in the country.

We have been expanding in terms of geographical presence. However, we would like to focus more on widening our product portfolio into more electronic devices that cater to healthcare, sports, entertainment, and more.

We don't just aim to be a big player in the market but also want to contribute to the community with our products. We want the young brains to love joining us to invent new concepts or launch innovative business ideas and make a breakthrough in the world.
