Group paper-mill(Management trainee),BangurGroup paper-mill (Assistant Superintendent), Birla Group plywood (Commercial/Production Manager), Goenka Group for non-ferrous metal (General Manager),Schreiber Dynamix Dairies (Vice President/International Business Manager), Prabhat Dairy(Senior Vice President/Business Head), Chavan group (CEO), Sonai Group (CEO), Kalyani Group (CEO/ Director). In each organization, he has handled various senior executive positions demonstrating a unique capacity to adjust his leadership style in complex working contexts, understanding when to lead from the front and when to assist and support the larger team.

At Prabhat Dairy as the Senior VicePresident Corporate Business Head, he has spearheaded new projects and large dairy plants. Before joining Prabhat, Anil has been associated with the Schreiber Group for more than 17 years. During the course, he has travelled across the Middle East, Africa, and some parts of Europe to investigate new markets and look for newer opportunities to grow the organization and its business. He has also been recognized with the President Award for Best Business Manager by the Schreiber Group for his exceptional contribution to the growth of the business.
Anil is an ambitious, optimistic, and solution oriented business leader who has a clear direction in which he wants to steer his organization. His skills include sociability, flexibility, teamwork, learning new things, creativity, time management skills, and strong communication skills which he leverages to inspire others to buy into his vision and to move everyone in the same direction.
As the CEO of Right Health Platter, Anil is evaluating ways to best maximize and sustain a positive
culture among the employees in the organization and is parallelly driving innovative transformations in the dairy and packaged goods industry while also contributing to economic growth.
Below is an excerpt of CEO Insights exclusive interview with him.
How would you define Right Health Platter as an organization?Tell us about the flagship offerings that customers can expect from your products.
Right Health Platter was established in 2020 with the objective to produce & provide innovative & healthy dairy products for the global market. Our products are certified by all international standards. Among other dairy products, we offer different varieties of exotic/ Arabic cheese whose production is less but demand is very high. Apart from that, we also manufacture clarified butter (ghee). The most preferred type of ghee among Indian customers is Danedar Ghee (clarified butter in granular formation) but in other parts of the world, people prefer pasty ghee. So, we have developed a process where we can manufacture pasty ghee and export them to the entire Middle East region and the US. We are also manufacturing and exporting vegetable ghee, butter blend, UHT milk, and analog mozzarella all over the middle east and MENA region.
What are the measures undertaken in your organization to ensure the quality of newly sourced ingredients?
We at Right Health Platter have our own quality team headed by a 25-year experienced tech professional he is responsible for leading the entire dairy tech of the organization and food technologists assisting them to deliver customers the best quality products. We have a state-of the art lab where we can conduct tranquillity tests for products and check the quality of our primary raw material i.e. milk. All our products are 100 percent organic/farm fresh milk and produced from organic/farm fresh milk. We are known for our world class standard production and storage facilities.
When the whole world is turning to adulteration, we are concentrating on operating everything organically right from the roots. In order to provide completely organic milk products, we understand that our animals must be fed right. Hence, we indulge in feeding our farm animals only fresh grass living on

The R&D team of Right Health Platter is one of the strongest departments of the organization which directly reports to the Board of Directors. This team has enabled us to get the break through in making cheese out of 100 percent cow milk. No other competitor in the global market has been able to innovate in this area of producing cheese out of only cow milk this has been one of our biggest achievements.
What is your success mantra?
I have a simple mantra that has been helping me to achieve great things throughout my journey working persistently with perseverance and a positive attitude while learning & leveraging the latest technology. I also believe that I am an extremely determined and dedicated individual who is capable of working for 17 hours at a stretch in a day. And when I am working I emphasize greatly on integrity at work which means I take initiative to give my 100 percent, negotiate my time honestly, stay aligned with my personal and work values, and deliver as per my commitments.
What is the future destination you are heading towards?
We as an organization are heading towards expanding our brand across unexplored shores and growing our manufacturing facilities not only in India but also in Dubai. We are also looking for opportunities to set up manufacturing plants in Singapore as products manufactured there do not go through any import duty whereas the same products when manufactured in India go through heavy custom duty. In order to avail the benefit, we are planning to expand our business in Singapore. This is one of the long term goals of Right Health Platter. As of now, we are channelizing all our efforts to immediately start our operations in India and Dubai.
