What keeps you focused to constantly deliver your expertise
today?
I have done my MBA from The University of Texas Austin. I have more than 20 years of experience in different organizations. The first company that I have worked with is i2 Technologies, initially as the Country Manager of the company in India, later on I was designated as the Global Service Lead and Vice President of the same. I have spent 10 wonderful years in the company being responsible for P&L of global service business. In the year 2011 I joined iTKO as the Senior Vice President of the company. I have also been the Vice President of CATechnologies for a period of three years. Then in the year 2015 I developed my association with Zimperium and led the company for more than two years as its Vice President. After which in 2020 I became its Chief Customer Officer. Having spent so many years in this domain, things that keep me focused are the ability to have an impact on customers and creating value for them. I constantly work towards the growth of my team and help them to grow bigger every day.
Define Zimperium as an organization. Also throw some light on its unique proposition.
Zimperium is a mobile security provider that offers protection for mobile devices against the next generation of advanced mobile attacks. Its flagship solutions protect mobile devices from modern cybersecurity threats. Zimperium provides a complete mobile security system that continuously runs on the device to provide visibility, security, and management for iOS and Android devices. With its non-intrusive approach, users can be confident that their data and their privacy are protected at all times, both on and off the corporate network. This has only been possible because of our world class research team. Along with the latest technologies we also have an excellent team that focuses on keeping the businesses of our customers safe.
What has been your role as the Chief Customer Officer of Zimperium in tackling the challenges imposed by the pandemic?
The pandemic has created new challenges for all businesses as they adapt to an operating model in which working from home was the only option left. The major challenge was to build a team to execute the needs of the situation. Understanding cybersecurity as a growing concern we accelerated our digital transformation and made our team stronger to face all the unpredictable challenges.
What has been your strength that encouraged you to stay focused in all circumstances? What is your success mantra?

able to control ourselves emotionally and understand the situation practically. My success mantra is to maintain a flexible communication with my clients and prioritize their value and safety. I also believe my team to be the most significant part of the company. Hence, I support them in the times of challenging situations and help them grow with the organization.
What are the different technologies interwoven into each of Zimperium's solutions?
We at Zimperium have developed a patented z9 machine learning based engine. z9 protects mobile devices from device, network, phishing and application attacks. z9 has successfully detected 100 per cent of zero day mobile exploits in the wild without limitations of cloud based detection. This is something that no other mobile security provider has been able to achieve. We are known to be the leading provider of DevSecOps.
In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction?
I have 20 and more years of experience in this industry. And with every organization I have worked for I was able to contribute to their growth in the market. I have led huge transformation projects and drove a lot of value for customers and made sure that the investment they have made in the product have actually paid off. Seeing the customers satisfied in what I deliver to them is no less than a milestone for me. I also take it as an achievement that I was able to nurture big teams that are a part of this journey.
What would you like to convey to the young professionals starting a new in the industry?
I would suggest the young professionals to dream big and live their passion. They must be focused towards their goal and endure the desire to learn new things every day. To sustain in the market they need to understand their customer's requirements and needs. Sometimes the customers are not able to articulate their needs in the correct way. But being the solution provider, we must understand their needs and provide products that draw values to them.
