I've accumulated over 12 years of experience in my career. My journey started in 2013 when I ventured into handling and significantly contributing to my family's fashion and lifestyle manufacturing business. My academic background lies in software engineering and I have also developed a com-prehensive software system in 2013 that streamlined our manufacturing processes and provided a holistic view of our operations.

While I have always been deeply involved in overseeing marketing, public relations, and e-commerce operations, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point for our e-commerce endeavors, as we realized the immense potential in this market segment. This led to significant growth, with our web store evolving into a successful retail outlet.

In terms of highlights, one of our signi-ficant achievements was collaborating with Clinique during
one of their product launches, which included dressing Jane Lauder in Vasansi attire and establishing an immersive experience center for Clinique. We also maintain ongoing sponsorships and collaborations with esteemed communities such as EU and YPO.

Furthermore, we received acknowledgment from reputable fashion media outlets like Vogue India and Vogue US. Additionally, we export and make collections for well-known designers sold at stores like Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue. My area of expertise lies in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), emphasizing effective sales generation with minimal costs. These experiences have been the pinnacle of my career, demonstrating my dedication and proficiency in diverse areas of business development and management.

As for my motivation, I draw inspiration from my two young daughters and my ambitious drive. Balancing my career aspirations with being a dedicated parent requires meticulous planning and discipline. I wake up at 4 a.m. to ensure I accomplish my tasks efficiently, leaving ample time to spend with my daughters. This balance fuels my determination, as I refuse to compromise on either my professional goals or my family commit-ments.

What strategies have you implemented in your organization to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant in the dynamic fashion industry?

Our primary strategy was to fully embrace e-commerce. Addressing the ever-changing preferences, interests, and trends of our audience is an ongoing priority at Vasansi. We stay agile by constantly updating our product offerings, not tied to seasonal collections but rather introducing new styles and products in significant quantities every month. Our production cycle includes continuous sampling and trend analysis throughout the year, ensuring we stay in tune with market demands and customer preferences.
Can you describe your leadership style and the strategies you employ to guide your team effectively?

I've personally developed our e-commerce and marketing operations to operate seamlessly within this freelance network, allowing us to prioritize results over physical presence. The key aspect here is our robust system of delegation, which has enabled us to adapt to flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home scenarios. This emphasis on delegation has significantly increased our workforce efficiency, leading to cost savings and higher profits.

Another crucial aspect is thorough planning. Having our monthly and weekly schedules meticulously planned in advance has enhanced our overall productivity. By setting up calendars for social events and promotions months ahead, we create a smooth workflow that operates almost autonomously.

Regarding staying updated with fashion trends, regular trend analysis and staying current with industry developments are essential practices we follow. These strategies ensure that we remain agile and responsive to evolving market demands.

What are your plans for the company in the next five years?

As for the brand Vasansi, our goal is to expand by opening numerous stores and transforming our private pop-ups in various cities into permanent fixtures. While this plan is still in its early stages and under thorough planning, we aim to solidify and materialize these initiatives within the next five years.

My success strategy revolves around meticulous planning, which has been instrumental in my journey. Knowing what each day entails allows me to start each morning with clarity and focus, leading to increased productivity. Waking up early at 4 a.m. has been a crucial part of this strategy, enabling me to accomplish more in less time while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
