What is your success mantra? What motivates and drives you today as an industry leader?
I believe that a dissatisfied customer will tell 8 out of 10 connects about how bad the company is or supplier is, but a satisfied customer will not share the best about its vendors to more than 4 or 5 as his thinking will be that if he has more business/ clientele, his attention towards me will reduce. Therefore, I have always believed that `customer is king' and take utmost measures to meet their requirements prolifically.

During your professional career, you have also played the role of an independent management consultant. What did you learn from this tenure of yours?
As an independent management consultant, I offered the services for reviewing strategy, Sales and Marketing Policies and Processes of organizations. I used to identify the startup of associated businesses (development & expansion) HR and Admin support and was also engaged in senior level recruitment
and skill competency matching. Determining and clarifying strategic objectives with timelines, I used to undertake research and surveys into the industry sector, markets and competitors along with analyzing and interpreting data, compiling and presenting the information.

The jobs that I have undertaken and one of which on retainership is North India market survey for US multinationals. I have also conducted an advanced sales & marketing workshop for German MNC. I was also engaged in HR, Sales & marketing processes and policies for an Industrial Organization and strategic consultant for an Indian trading company (Capital Goods). I was also responsible for supporting sales & marketing as a supplier to an energy solution provider (UK MNC).

As a prominent industry stalwart, you have been bestowed with numerous awards and recognition. Can you mention some of them?
I was involved with Praxair Inc. ESOPs right through from 1998 to 2004 for exceeding business goals, and overall superlative performance. I was also associated with the Global Middle Management Incentive Program from 2006 onwards (US Stock Option Plan) and a member of the `Club 100' for achieving 100 percent sales in the early days at Esab India. I have also received the best Area Sales Manager award in 1995 at Esab India.

Bhuvnesh has completed B.E. (Mechanical) from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga with First class in Distinction in 1987 and secured 3rd Position in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from being the founding members of the NovaAir team, Bhuvnesh is also the founder secretary of Mechanical Engineering Foundation.
