Bridreth Khokhare, founder of SCIENCEON WHEELS BIO is passionate about the life sciences and wants to contribute to society significantly. Bridreth had originally wanted to be a doctor, but at a time when biotechnology was rapidly expanding, his career path changed to biotechnology. He became an expert in nutrition after realizing the influence it has on health, happiness, and even the growth of the national economy. He obtained a master's degree and began his career in research centered on the development of new products and techniques. Bridreth founded SCIENCE ONWHEELS BIO after ten years of experience in the field to develop science-driven, significant products that put measurable outcomes, clinical efficacy, and societal benefit first.

In a recent interview with CEO Insights magazine, Bridreth shared his strategies, future roadmap, and vision for the company. Let's read about it.

What inspired you to establish SCIENCEON- WHEELS BIO, and how do you leverage your experience to lead the company in the biotechnology research field?

After working in the field for almost ten years, I saw a big need for end-to-end health solutions, especially when it came to nutritional supplements. Most organizations excel in research, manufacturing, and regulatory support, but the shift from research and development (R&D) to manufacturing and market delivery frequently lacks coherence. This misalignment hinders the successful conversion of creative concepts into significant products.

I established SCIENCEON- WHEELS BIO, which combines

scientific validation,product development, manufacturing, research, and regulatory compliance in a smooth process to overcome this difficulty. Our method guarantees that what is envisioned during the research phase is seamlessly translated into superior, clinically validated products.

What measures have you implemented in your manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality standards for your products?

Since we work with edible products that are intended to address serious health issues, quality is something we cannot compromise on. Therefore, we adhere to WHO GMP guidelines to guarantee the highest manufacturing standards. We are currently working to acquire certifications unique to a number of nations, including Europe to satisfy global quality standards. We are also upgrading our R&D facilities to include GLP-certified labs to ensure strong scientific validation at every turn.

What is your leadership approach, and what strategies or methodologies do you use to guide and inspire your team?

I think empathy, vision, and the capacity to motivate a cohesive team are the foundations of leadership. My strategy as a leader is to establish an environment where each team member feels appreciated, encouraged, and equipped to succeed.

My approach is to mentor and lead my team by establishing high expectations for them as professionals and giving them the tools and support they require to advance. I hope to develop a team of scientists and formulators who are enthusiastic about their work and have a thorough under-standing of the science.

How do you approach dynamic technology trends in the industry, and what role do they play in shaping your organization's operations and innovations?

Our company actively adopts innovations like automation, ERP systems, and AI tools to enhance both manufacturing and research procedures. For example, our customized ERP system guarantees a smooth workflow, lowering errors and saving time while requiring fewer staff members to achieve high

efficiency. This not only increases output but also guarantees accuracy, which is important in manufacturing and research where even small errors can cause serious problems.

We also use AI tools to analyze data, enhance decision making, and promote innovative solutions. Our manufacturing processes rely heavily on automation, which enables us to run complex equipment with little human involvement and guarantees consistency and quality. Together, these technologies enable us to maintain our lead in producing excellent results in the biotechnology industry.

What are your plans and vision for your career?

My objective is to address global issues such as environmental health impacts, lifestyle-related illnesses, and malnourishment. This necessitates a thorough investigation of natural com- pounds and nutrients that are effective in reducing health problems and enhancing well-being.

Researching and creating innovative, natural remedies, such as peptides, adaptogens, oleoresins, and herbal extracts, takes up a large portion of my time. Another crucial aspect of my work is the developing field of probiotics and postbiotics.

India possesses a multitude of unexplored herbal resources. My goals are to carry out clinical research, create scalable solutions, and scientifically quantify their phytoactive advantages. I want to promote research that unites traditional knowledge and contemporary science while providing natural, sustainable solutions for health and wellness.

Bridreth Khokhare is an accomplished biotechnologist and nutrition researcher with a strong academic background. He has an M.Tech in Biotechnology from Sathyabama University & a B.Tech in Biotechnology from MD University. With over a decade of experience, Bridreth has led R&D initiatives as Head of Research at Supply6 and Chief Scientist and other impactful roles at Genomelabs Bio, Sarvotham Remedies, and British Biologicals.
