Can you provide us with a glimpse of your professional journey before the establishment of your firm? Also, tell us about your skillsets & strengths that you consider to be unique?
I have always had an entrepreneurial streak, which combined with business acumen and, of course, perseverance, served as a catalyst. And all the while, I had, and still have, a warrior spirit that served me well. Adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and implementation processes to meet individual and organizational needs
are my specialties.I've conducted Learning and Development and Train the Trainer programs in over 35 countries. In addition, I have taught at a university in Bangkok, Thailand.
I began my career as a corporate training executive in the city of Kolkata, India in 1994, steadily rising the career ladder by holding managerial positions and eventually taking leadership positions as Director before becoming an entrepreneur.
What are the challenges you encountered during your journey and how did you overcome them?
One of the most difficult challenges has been raising awareness about the importance of Learning & Development and persuading businesses that it is an investment that will pay off in the long run by training and converting ordinary employees into skilled employees and potential leaders into exceptional leaders, which will not only increase productivity, but also help retain employees. Our brand recognition, accreditations, and endorsements from top global bodies, as well as our training structure and curriculum, I believe, have all contributed to our success.

As we have seen, Indian businesses, like their foreign counter parts, are eager to integrate L&D to build skills and a qualified workforce that fits with their priorities. Our Training Programs include elements such as latest curriculum, effective tools, varied resources and strong emphasis on evaluation that meet the diverse needs of organizations.
Do you deploy any innovative training methodologies/technologies to ensure the best learning outcomes for the participants?
We, at CTPD, provide custom-tailored, research based courses that are meticulously planned and built to meet the diverse needs of today's practitioners, managers, and business leaders seeking professional growth. As we assist business professionals in becoming specialists, we use practice oriented learning as the foundation of our courses. Furthermore, for our online courses, we have our software-based learning management system (LMS).
What strategies do you follow to overcome various challenges of customers and meet their requirements?
We have a Governing body that is actively monitoring the standard and all training-related matters, from training needs assessment to evaluation and input and is overseen by some of the most experienced trainers and academicians. Our core team consists of 25-30 teachers/trainers and experts who are actively interested in disseminating their knowledge and experience. Aside from that, we have a strong student support structure in place to handle service-related issues.
Is there any recent innovation coming up in your company? What is the future roadmap set for your centre?
CTPD is in the process of expanding and transforming; we are reaching out to more people and places as we prepare to grow across the globe and turn into a major center for leadership development, employee empowerment, and educating new generations of trainers. We're also excited to serve as a forum for bringing in foreign educational leaders and trainers who can contribute to Learning and Development.
