Throw some light on your professional background and experience. What inspired you to start your professional journey in this Real Estate segment and what drives you today as an Industry leader?
My professional journey spans around three decades. Before this responsibility with Emami Realty, I spearheaded functions as CEO with TDI Infracorp(TDI Group) And worked with India bulls Real Estate as President Marketing. I realized the importance of a home since my childhood. I feel happy to help anyone to buy their dream home. Real Estate is an exciting, challenging, and potentially rewarding career. There are many areas that you have to be skilled in to be successful. My personal conviction and commitment drives me to give my best to every responsibility I have.

How would you define Emami Realty as an organization and its position in the market?
Emami Realty believes to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards across projects and processes. Emami Realty exhibits values that are most important to customers. Every interaction will be based on quality, transparency, customer focus and a commitment to delivery. Over the years this is what has helped EmamiRealty cultivate a mutually beneficial

You have 28+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry and have been acknowleded for your business techniques all around the world. How did you make to reach to this level and what is your success mantra in business?
I firmly believe that success is linked with the chain that connects activities to accomplishment. Innovation and perfection with commitment are my core strength. I start with the idea that'the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers'. So something Iā€™m really passionate about with my team is to say that this is one part of my life. The more you can focus on growing as a human, as a person inside and outside of work the more enjoy able this experience will become.

Emami Realty is working with leading Indian and International renowned firms like L&T Construction landscape architecture consultants like Green Architects International, Sanjay Puri Architects and Kapadia Associates as well as infrastructure consultant Mein hardt, and more. Apart from this, the Company engages with most competent and renowned professionals like architects,construction contractors, interior designers, landscape experts, and building services consultants to ensure optimum value addition from their side.

How has been your response to the
challenges posted by the COVID affected market and the need for new strategies? How would you describe your role in tackling those challenges?
Due to a variety of factors such as the continued work from home of salaried employees lenient local lockdown restrictions and greater certainty for future income levels & stability, the second wave had a less substantial impact than the first. Good financial performance and increased hiring in the IT/ITeS sector has increased the queries in Real Estate sector. Residential plots and built-up villas are witnessing significant traction among buyers as potential home owners are increasingly looking at staying in individual houses following the COVID-19 pandemic. Home Loan, circle rate and stamp duties are at an all time low acting as a catalyst for Real Estate transactions. Sensing the need, we had launched plotted development projects in Jhansi and are about to launch projects in Kolkata, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar and Chennai. Apart from product offering, we have changed the strategies of Marketing and Project Completion too. Now Technology is playing a greater role in these functions.
