Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
I’m a General and Family Medicine Practitioner at New Ibn Sina Medical Center, part of Amina Healthcare Group in Ajman, UAE. With an MBBS, a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counseling, an MBA in Healthcare Management and NLP certification, my 12+ years in India and the UAE have been a journey of growth and service. Starting as a junior GP, I’ve evolved into a senior practitioner with expertise in psychotherapy, community health, and quality improvement. What fuels me daily is the profound privilege of alleviating suffering, fostering
trust, and creating positive, lasting impacts.

How are you leveraging health information techno- logies in healthcare decision-making and investi- gations? What are the latest tools the hospital has deployed in terms of both investigations and treatment?
At our facility, we harness advanced health information technologies to elevate healthcare decision-making and investigations. Integrated electronic health records streamline patient history access, enabling precise diagnoses and tailored treatment plans. Cutting-edge tools, including AI-assisted analytics and digital imaging, enhance diagnostic accuracy and speed.

Dr Priyanka Hemant Pansare is dedicated to holistic healing, blending empathy & expertise for exceptional patient care

On the treatment front, we’re expanding into telemedicine to reach underserved communities. My role focuses on collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize these technologies, creating an ecosystem that balances efficiency with empathy. This fusion of innovation and compassion empowers us to deliver superior, patient-centered care while driving impactful advancements in healthcare delivery.

What are the latest challenges hindering people from making the right lifestyle choices? Also, what are the solutions to helping people make the right choices?
Lifestyle choices are often hindered by societal pressures, Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO), and unrealistic ideals perpetuated by social media. Many individuals, over whelmed by an abundance of choices and misinformation, struggle to make empowered decisions, while constantly comparing themselves to others. Additionally, emerging concerns like adult ADHD add complexity to this issue.

To address these challenges, I focus on helping individuals simplify their lives and reconnect with what truly matters. Through counseling, workshops, and personalized guidance, I encourage mindful living, prioritizing authenticity, physical health, and mental well-being, fostering a sense of balance and fulfillment in an increasingly distracted world.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
My future vision is to shape a healthcare model that is patient-centric, sustainable, and inclusive. I am passionate about integrating cutting-edge techno-
logies with holistic care to bridge the gap between physical and mental health, creating a safe space for well being. I aim to lead initiatives that make quality healthcare accessible to underserved and marginalized populations. Advocating for sustainability in healthcare is key, not only in economic and environmental aspects but also in supporting healthcare workers, who are facing increasing burnout. My personal commitment to lifelong learning, research, and innovation drives my mission to leave a legacy of compassionate, progressive healthcare.

In light of your strong experience within the industry, what advice would you give to the upcoming industry leaders?
To those stepping into healthcare leadership, my foremost advice is to never lose sight of the purpose that brought you here. Healthcare is, at its essence, about humanity, which is serving patients and not merely addressing conditions. Let empathy and integrity guide your decisions, ensuring people remember how you made them feel, not just the systems you built. Embrace continuous learning, be ready to learn, unlearn, and relearn as the world evolves. Challenges will test your resilience, but adapt, adjust, and let setbacks become stepping stones. Lead authentically, trust your journey, and focus on bettering lives, and this will define a legacy worth celebrating.
