Tell us about BizGaze as an organization and its position in the market. Highlight about the unique services offered by the company to its clients.
BizGaze as an organization is an end-to-end business automation suite with pre configured workflows to manage pre sales, sales, marketing, procurement, accounting, HR, service and manufacturing. It is the first ever automation centric business application without user licensing. Bizgaze as a distributor management system helps in digitalizing information and automating business processes to reduce pilferage, increase efficiency and real time visibility of operations. It focuses on extending the existing ERP to onboard all the stake holders on a single platform.

What unique strategies did you implement in the company’s operations that helped in tackling the challenges posed by the pandemic?
Covid made us realize more than ever the uncertainty of times, and the only way to deal with uncertainty is to be more agile. And that is something that we have taken very seriously amongst all the functions within the organization to make sure to continuously reduce the response time to the market. We have been focusing on making better decisions that are helping our customers to support and react to the market, adapt to the changing times of being working from home, being completely digital, have a seamless customer journey for their end customers, and in turn helping us to sail through these uncertain times and support our businesses.

What are the changes in the market behavior that you anticipate and the opportunities that you foresee? What is the roadmap that you have planned for the company?
Enterprises are struggling with Ad Hoc processes and applications 70 percent of the enterprises are moving towards off shelf applica
tions for faster go to market eliminating the complex system integrators. We at BizGaze believe in thinking of customization and meeting at least one of the customer needs off the shelf. Small and medium businesses need functional consultants who can position the right technology with promising ROI. We deliver workflows to SMB by assessing the ROI before adopting them. To adapt to and exploit these changes we believe automation will be the go to solution for most businesses. On top of our core automation platform, we are amplifying workflows, integrating realtime alerts, and enabling experiences that suit specific market needs.

What is the business mantra that you follow for your organization? Also what advice would you give to the upcoming leaders in the industry?
We as an organization believe in the mantra of putting people first, be it our employees or even our customers. I always believe that employees are our extended family and they are at the center of the organization. We believe in walking with them throughout the journey and never leaving their hands even during difficult times. For the future leaders, what I strongly feel is that they should always stay more connected with their teams and be more empathetic towards them. We as leaders can create an environment that is more amiable to work and create a stronger workforce in terms of the values and in the way we deliver business value.
