Could you tell us about the unique experiences Amity University offers and what did you learn from the campus beyond academics?
Amity University offered me a unique blend of experiences that went beyond the traditional academic curriculum since the institution promoted entrepreneurship when it wasn't a mainstream focus. Ashok Chauhan's sessions on entrepreneurship were enlightening, providing insights into his journey and fostering a spirit of innovation. The well-equipped library and the interdisciplinary nature of my mechanical and automation course allowed me to bridge my mechanical knowledge with computer science, igniting a newfound passion for coding and automation projects. Also, the young and dynamic faculty, not confined by conventional teaching norms, brought real-world enthusiasm to their subjects. I am

genuinely grateful for the unique experiences and lessons Amity University bestowed upon me, shaping my approach to both work and life beyond the campus.

How would you define Infinite Locus as an organization and its current position in the market?
As the founder and leader of Infinite Locus, our organization is a dynamic force at the intersection of technology and business solutions, specializing in five major industries- retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, chemical, and high tech. With a focus on both product development and consulting services, we excel in implementing and enhancing ERP solutions from major players like Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft. We take pride in our fundamental belief in empowering businesses, from small startups like Supertails and SourceWiz to industry giants like Ghadi Group and Royal Enfield, by leveraging technologies such as AI, ML, and augmented reality. Infinite Locus stands as a dedicated partner, bridging the gap between exceptional businesses and transformative technologies, solidifying our impactful presence in the market.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the methodologies you follow as a leader?
In my approach to leadership, I draw inspiration from my experiences at Accenture and the valuable lessons learned through sports. I believe in assembling a team of seasoned professionals, each bringing a unique expertise, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone is a crucial piece in the puzzle. Our team, comprised of veterans from various industries, collaborates seamlessly to achieve this goal, emphasizing that every member plays a vital role in the collective success of the organization.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
In the coming 24 months, our focus at Infinite Locus is set on navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of technology. Recognizing the swift pace of change in the industry, we are committed to a dynamic expansion program aimed at big-

scale retailers, particularly emphasizing the implementation of cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, and LLM. In the realm of B2C companies, our mission is to empower them with immersive experiences using technologies such as AR and stream line their customer journeys. From a B2B perspective, we aim to share our expertise gained from years of experience, simplifying the implementation of ERP systems and rectifying past mistakes in large-scale projects. Our goal for the next 24 months is to extend our impact, reaching three to four times more brands and bringing the wealth of experiences and technologies we've cultivated to a broader spectrum of companies.

In the light of your strong experience within the industry, what advice would you give to the budding industry leaders?
Drawing from my journey, my advice to budding industry leaders is straight forward: become a master in your domain. Acquire deep expertise and experience in a particular area, allowing you to truly understand the intricacies of the industry you're entering. As an entrepreneur, your success hinges on solving a real problem, and this becomes feasible when you possess a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and nuances within your chosen field. In my experience, competence and resilience go hand in hand. Whether it's a small or large project, maintain a relentless focus on delivering excellence, and don't hesitate to go head-to-head with established players. Keep your head down, stay committed to continuous learning, and believe in your ability to navigate challenges.
