What inspired you to take up the leadership role at Methods India?
Born into a business family, exposure to conversations on business, finance, and leadership played an important role during my formative years. Until now, I have had a very illustrative career. From being a key member of the team that designed one of India’s tallest transmission towers to designing the First ever Triple-deck Conveying System and leading an Indo-Australian team of Engineers which went on to build the world’s largest Biomass Dryer, I’ve always looked to broaden my horizon at every opportunity. My flair for complex engineering and problem-solving
went the distance in making me the ideal choice for the role of leadership in my current organization.
How would you define Methods India as an organization and its position in the market?
Methods India is one of India’s fastest-growing multi-product private sector companies with a 150 percent annual growth over the last three years. An ISO 9001 :2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45000:2018 certified provider of turnkey bulk material handling systems, Methods India is one of India’s only research-driven manufacturers of Material Handling Systems. We believe in emphasizing 100 percent Inhouse design and manufacturing. This unique feature sets us apart from global behemoths.
What are some of the unforgettable challenges you have experienced in your professional journey so far? How did you overcome them and what did you learn from them?
One of the most enduring challenges I face to date is elucidating to my clients why our products are priced above industry standards and why they should go on to invest more, and most importantly, in us. I take my clients through the importance of authenticity, proven design features, and the benefit of looking at long term gains through lower operating costs. No matter how hard I try, there will always be two mind sets the majority who focus only on the price of the product and a select few who judge by the value it offers and goes the extra mile by investing with an eye on the significant returns.
My biggest takeaway is the fact that though it's common in the industry to lower prices by compromising on quality and safety standards, we stood firm on our fundamentals of offering the right product for the right value which has gone on to win the minds of certain buyers. This has been pivotal to our continued

What has been the success mantra that constantly helps you arrive at positive outcomes?
I began my career as a lower-rung official and climbed my way to the top to ensure that there was no dearth of knowledge no matter the challenges. Through that course, I realized the importance of bringing individuals from various echelons together and outlining shared objectives. It brought the best out of them, and thus the best for the organization. And throughout my journey as a successful corporate professional, I have always emphasized the importance of the 3 H’s: Honesty, Humility & Hard Work. This sums up my success mantra.
Going forward, what are the goals that you wish to invest in and how do you plan to take them further?
My desire is to help create a better world for both present and future generations and that motivated me to co-found an organization in the field of renewable and alternative energy along with an endeavour to promote large-scale afforestation. Substantial savings in biomass (a widely debated subject at the national level) achieved by one of our products and a successful drive of planting 2000 saplings every year have complimented our goals for a cleaner planet.
