How has been your journey so far with Chingari and what drives you today?
It has been an incredible journey so
far with Chingari and GARI Network, and I feel pleasure working Along side the most hardworking web3 squad. Working with such a fantastic team fuels my daily motivation to work harder and lead the company toward success. I also believe that in a leadership position, a person can empower his subordinates by becoming a mentor and coaching them to succeed in their roles. This, in turn, becomes a motivation to turn up to work and give your best every single day. Other than these factors, DeFi, Crypto, Web3, and decentralization of power & assets are a few things that will always drive me.
How would you define Chingari as an organization and its current position in the market? As the CMO, what is your approach to creating a great customer experience?
Chingari and GARI Network is the leading web3 social network in the world. Currently, it has the highest amount of monthly active users i.e., 40 million MAU, and over 1.56 million GARI token holders. This in comparison to any other crypto enabled social media platform is by far the highest.
I strongly believe in and support Edutainment which is a combination of both Education and Entertainment. Transparency & clarity efficiency and timely communication are what I inculcate within me as well as in my team. I am very much focused on team training and mentorship because it helps in enhancing the efficiency of the team members to serve our customers in the right way. Our platform and product offerings being mobile-first give a user friendly experience to our customers. Learning and iterating based on the community’s feedback, data, and insights help me to develop & upgrade our strategies for the betterment of the organization as well as users.

Collaborating with B2C stakeholders such as global Key Opinion Leaders, that is, KOLs, Influencers, Content Creators, and Content Consumers on how Chingari and GARI Network enhances the Creator Economy leveraging web3 technology benefits. On the other hand, it is our B2B partnerships with web3 and crypto businesses on how they could bootstrap new users leveraging Chingari as their primary social network partner.
