What inspired you to establish The Leadership Elements? How has been the journey so far?
Getting exposed to the erudite world pretty early during my school days, books have been one of my best companions while growing up. Feeling the necessity of distilling the words by the greatest authors in terms of knowledge and slotting them into a learning format, my motive was to enable the leaders to
contribute more towards theirorganizations or their own lives. We create a paradigm shift in thinking in top leaders through various powerful books written by some great authors. I have always encouraged entrepreneurs and organization leaders to reflect on their ideas, thinking so that, their established business ideas will eventually get validated and accepted by the industry.
Validated by a lot of our clients, our journey has been very satisfying till now. Working with multiple organizations using an inventive approach, we remain inclined towards our objective of building capabilities and capacities amongst the top leaders.
As a startup CEO, what are the major challenges you faced during the initial days and how did you overcome them?
During the initial phase of my entrepre neurial journey, I was convinced that book based leadership consulting is a niche space and nobody has much experience in this area as we have. As an entrepreneur I too was oscillating between denial, confusion and acceptance of this concept which was my individual belief. Now here is where the challenge lies the funda mental question of will ‘my idea' be accepted by the industry. We worked on this core idea that books will transform people, we worked on that one idea and not expanding into offering anything and everything under the umbrella of `leader ship consulting'. Result is visible now as we have been growing exponentially since our inception, achieving a tremendous position both across this industry as well as in the heart of our customers by providing ground breaking consultancy services, provided by no other firm.

When leaders become thinkers, that is when they and their organizations grow

With 22 + years of experience across corporate and consulting work, how are you leveraging your experience in the business operations for The Leadership Elements?
Been one of the lucky ones who had an opportunity to work on both sides of the learning coin, which is senior leadership position across organizations and global consulting space. My ability to understand business as a corporate leader and the visibility of business as a learning consultant has enabled me to successfully map journeys and leadership interventions for organizations that are absolutely linked to business growth.
The focus of my team has always been to figure out and strategize a design solution that is apt and relevant to the context of business and the culture of an organization. Going to the last mile of delivery, the strategy is always to execute excellence, and it has been my ultimate mantra.
