Can you summarize your professional history and background, as well as what motivates you daily?
With over 27 years of experience in the Flexible Packaging industry, I have worked for renowned market leaders such as Huhtamaki (Formerly Positive Packaging Industries), Paharpur 3P, and Sharp Industries and I currently lead Jupiter Laminators. I am driven by my self-confidence, determination to succeed, clarity of purpose, adherence to values and principles, and focus on outcomes. My intense involvement with the business and passion for driving Jupiter's exceptional progress also excites me.
How would you describe Jupiter Laminators as an organization and its current market position?
Jupiter Laminators is one of the largest flexible packaging companies located in Northern India, with over 20 years of industry expertise. Our focus on producing innovative and sustainable packaging sets us apart from other flexible packaging manufacturers in India and overseas. Our products and services cater to a diverse range of fast-moving consumer goods, including food and condiments, beverages, home care, healthcare, wellness, and anti-counterfeiting materials, which allows us to serve a broad customer base. With top-of-the-line machinery and talented workforce, we always
strive to meet our customers' expectations while reducing our carbon footprint and achieving sustainable results.
Tell us about your primary products and what benefits customers can expect from them?
Jupiter Group provides a comprehensive range of packaging solutions across multiple business verticals. Jupiter Laminators offers flexible packaging materials in roll form for various FFS machines and pouches, including 3D-5 panel pouches, 2D-standing pouches, and more. Our state-of-the-art facility features 10 color gravure printing machines, solvent less and solvent based lamination machines, tandem and mono co-extrusion lamination, high speed slitters and 3D, 2D and doy pack pouching.
Our CPP Film Division manufactures high barrier metalized and transparent CPP with EVOH and metallization with Adhesion Plus feature, including MDO CPP for better printability and stiffness used in all PP base laminates. Our Chemical division, Inkofix, manufactures inks, coatings, and adhesives that meet international standards. Engrave Plus is our world class rotogravure cylinder manufacturer equipped with electro mechanical engraving technology. LSKB Aluminium Foils is the first to produce 5-micron Al foil for the flexible packaging industry. With a state-of-the-art plant with the latest European rolling mills, LSKB offers a vast range of products like semi-rigid Al foil containers, home foil, blister foil, lidding foils, cold forming foils, strip packaging foil, and light gauge foils. Food-Pro Packaging specializes in Retort pouches for various segments like ready to eat delicacies, pet food baby food & microwavable pouches for various applications.
We are constantly striving to develop new and more environmentally friendly packaging solutions, including mono material packaging, BOPP/Met CPP, BOPP/Met BOPP, MDO CPP/Met CPP, and PE/PE. We also offer plastic-free packaging options, such as high strength paper with HSL water base paper/aluminium foil with water base HSL, and water based inks with zero emissions.

from raw material testing to pre-dispatch inspection of finished goods. We have state-of-the-art Quality Testing Labs that are equipped with up-to-date equipment, and we have a skilled and diligent team working around the clock to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
All of our materials undergo rigorous testing for residual solvents in the laminate/packaging material, odour, and overall migration, as per the specific requirements of our customers and products. Furthermore, we have a dedicated customer response team available at all times to respond to any queries, complaints, or suggestions immediately.
Can you describe your company's Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) initiatives and explain how you encourage your employees to participate in them?
Jupiter Laminators has always been committed to promoting the well-being of the people around us. To that end, we have taken the initiative of adopting a public park in Sector-23, Sonipat, Haryanaand are responsible for its maintenance.
Jupiter Group always steps up to support government authorities by raising funds and making donations for the betterment of the society.
We encourage our team members to participate in activities such as planting trees, and Jupiter Group has already planted nearly 1000 trees in Sonipat and Murthal in Haryana. Planting trees and reducing waste is the best gift we can offer to nature.
We also undertake many activities that empower women by providing them with the necessary resources to become self-reliant.
