Tell us about your journey. What was the inspiration behind joining NDT Corrosion Control Services? Also, what drives you today?
It was my fortune that I could kick start my career in NDT and Inspection during my final year of graduation itself. I had chosen this field during my college studies and as the years passed, my love and affection kept intensifying towards my chosen career path.
I joined NDT CCS in 1998 as a multi disciplined NDT technician. In my career & business journey, I always
have short term goals with long term visions. It creates pleasure & joy whenever I achieve the short term goal, and it is a step ahead towards my long term vision. Likewise, working in the Gulf with a reputed NDT & Inspection organization was my initial 'Short term Goal', and I am thankful that NDT CCS gave me that platform.
I believe in the importance of trust that we need to build with each employee, including management and democratizing freedom in decision making towards the company’s common vision. The stakeholders gave me such confidence and I translated the same to others as well. This creates a healthy & happy environment and will drive everyone, and I am part of that as well.
How would you define NDT CCS? Where is it positioned in the market, and what is its USP?
NDT CCS is one of the reputed NDT & Inspection organizations that started in Saudi Arabia in 1975. Today, we have our wings all over the GCC, including UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai), Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, with 2500+ staff. Currently, the NDT CCS group is considered a leader in the Middle East market.
We have successfully diversified our services from NDT & Inspection to Laboratory, Asset Integrity Management, and Third Party Inspection, aiming for a one stop solution concept. We also invest heavily in innovative technologies addressing customer challenges. Most importantly, we created a

With your wide experience in devising result oriented strategies for the organization, what strategies did you follow to overcome the challenges imposed by the pandemic?
It’s a fact that the pandemic was a challenge to service oriented sectors like ours. How ever, challenges have a flip side as well, opportunities. Pandemic created travel restrictions that made customers unable to receive timely support on certain patent technologies usually provided outside the region. We used those chances and created customized alternative solutions.
