What was the inspiration behind
your entrepreneurial venture?
I always wanted to be an independent consultant and start something of my own. After witnessing a lot of existing gaps in the real estate domain I established Manassure with a notion of assisting the customers to leverage the existing opportunities and overcome the hurdles prolifically. Being a completely process driven person, I believe in perfection and value addition.Unlike other entrepreneurs, I have never focused on business or money, but want to craft an iconic brand and create value for my customers.

As an industry leader how do you manage your organization to reach the pinnacle of success?
Following my passion, I have always nurtured a professional mindset and keep a close eye on my immediate competitors as well as other big players in the industry. Competing with global consulting firms like Deloitte, Ernst and Young, and so on, I study their strengths and market approach, to craft much benevolent and customer centric solutions for my clients at a much pragmatic level and budget friendly rate. As the founder of the organization, I always align my strategies with the company's objective. By under standing the product, the market segment, the vision and mission of the board or the stakeholders' I strategize the product or the services to be offered by my firm.

In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones gave you the utmost satisfaction both as an individual and as an entrepreneur?
Whenever I have completed a
project, it was always on time along with various other milestones such as proper vendor management proper organizational structure, understanding the mindset of the employees or the people associated with us in that particular space. Due to all these factors, most of my projects turn out to be a huge success with very minimal snags. This scenario has remained intact since my very first assignment and I consider each of them to be a milestone for me.

Another milestone was when I did a project report for a customer who wanted to raise funds for his real estate project. There were hardly any questions asked by the financer after seeing my project report, as it carried all the necessary parameters needed to finance a project. So, the overall process happened in a month, which normally takes around 2-3 months. So, this is another milestone that has been very close to my heart.

As per my future goal, I want to fabricate at least a 20 member team in the next three years by focusing more on Research and Advisory services. So by 2023 we want to emerge as a strong player in the research and advisory services domain.

With an Advanced Management Programme for Infrastructure from ISB, General Management from IIM-Lucknow and PG in Facilities Management from National Academy of Construction, Manas has over 28 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Operations. An entrepreneur, who has worked with corporate firms and start-ups in the past, believes in following his passion clubbed with excellence and perfection. He has been associated with numerous leading brands such as Sankalpan Infrastructure, ICICI Venture(SPV project), Birla Sunlife Insurance, Tata AIG General Insurance, Suma Shilp, Standard Chartered Bank, Centurion Bank GE Countrywide Capital, and many more.
