Pistalix is a software solutions company who are offering software products for ERP systems. Pistalix offer solutions to almost all technological problems and they have experience of nine years in the field of technology. It was established in the year 2011 by Mitesh Patel who is the co-founder and director of the organization carrying the responsibilities staying ahead of the current technologies.

Engaging with a team of CEO Insights for an exclusive interaction with Mitesh shares the story of his journey as the director of the prominent Information Technology & Services organization Pistalix.

Highlight about your educational and professional background prior to Pistalix Software Solutions. Also, tell us about your unique skill sets and strengths that differentiate you from your peers in the industry.
I have always been a bright student. I did my schooling in Shree Vallabh Vidhyalaya, Upleta, Rajkot and graduated from SVIT, Vasad. Within three months of industrial experience, I got to know that I can do much better in this IT field, so I started my own startup in the year of 2011. I Co-founded Infozium Group. Under the umbrella of InFoZium Group, we have diversified towards multiple I.T. & Digital Businesses & launched five different subsidiary companies Infizius deals in IT services and Digital Marketing Services. IFZ Consultancy offers business and strategy advisory. Legal toast provides Legal &
Business Services. Xtripo Travel is an indigenous product solution for providing indigenous travel solutions. Playmax Gaming is an indigenous gaming company that offers a wide range of games.

When it comes to my Unique Skills, my soul motto is to turn any difficult solution into something very easy, clean and easily accessible, regardless of the business size be it small micro or large.

What different roles have you been undertaking at Pistalix Software Solutions? How has your journey been at this organization so far?
I started as a developer, led a team, did architect designing, worked on executing the project, and managed different projects. Basically, I have played all roles from being HR to CEO. Every field has some ups and downs, and my journey was no different.

Any difficult solution into something very easy, clean and easily accessible, regardless of the business size


The major challenges I faced were when my company shifted from service based to product based. My team invented a TV enhancement device in 2015 and drew public interest, but the formulated products were exceptionally higher, which didn't receive that much attention, and then the product failed to survive. Then I started to understand the market, and later on, I started developing products that the users wanted, which led me to achieve success and appreciation.

Tell us about your portfolio as well as a case study.
Pistalix Software Solutions offers various services across different sectors. All our services are quality driven services that are extremely customer satisfactory. Our current offerings include IT services, Web Development, Graphic Designing, App Development, IoT, ERP, CRM, AI & ML, Cloud Based Services, Desktop Application, Agile Software Development and Enterprise Architecture.

One of our clients asked us to make an ERP system in which the client can update their daily work data. Through our ideas and team's work, they created the two systems, wherein one system the client can update their daily work data, and the second system will combine all the data and show it in the output.
How do you keep yourself and the firm updated with recent industry trends of ERP? What are the new technologies, implementations and services that you have adapted across the company operations to be at par with the current ERP standards?
We are well ahead of trends. Currently, we are building a Cloud-Based ERP that will be hosted on a vendor's cloud platform rather than on-premises, allowing businesses to connect over the internet. We are also working on building a Cloud based ERP that will run in mobile in the future, which will be easily accessible.

How do you motivate and keep inspiring yourself and the firm? How is Pistalix positioned across the ERP industry and what is the future roadmap of the company?
I believe that everyone should keep trying new things without contemplating dis appointment and mistakes, might be confronted while accomplishing their goals, so never abandon a dream or a passion. The company's long term strategy is to deliver the application as a service through the internet.Instead of installing and maintaining software, you simply use the Internet to access it, eliminating the need for complicated software and device maintenance. SaaS technology is the name for this type of service.

In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both as an individual and as a professional?
I believe that companies that put a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction will always thrive.The difference between surviving and thriving is customer satisfaction. Businesses can't exist if consumers are dissatisfied and single-purchasers. Customer satisfaction is the backbone of business.

With the belief of 'Keep Trying New Things'Mitesh is the founder of Pistalix Solution Pvt.Ltd. and Co-founder of InFoZium Group. He started his career as an IT Developer, and later he started his own IT Company at a very young age. Now at the age of 33, he is the youngest co-founder of soon to be Gujarat's first Unicorn Startup Company.
