Give a brief account of your professional journey.
Academically, I have completed Computer Engineering from Mumbai
University, followed by MBA from NMIMS. As I love to be sporty and proactive, I am also a Brown Belt in Karate and hold NCC (B Certificate).
Professionally, I have extensively worked in the Retail, Channel Partnering, Online and Enterprise Sales field with DTEN, Poly, Logitech & Ingram Micro companies. It’s been 10 years that I am working in the video collaboration industry and have helped the brands to build Product GTM and channel strategy for India.
Tell us about your leadership approach and what has been your success mantra.
Business world is pretty vast today and faced with significant business challenges and disruption in growth and technology.
Owing to the advances and positive outcome of evolution, I assume learning &change should never stop. I feel, one should trust their team and motivate them to take decisions. This will help you to identify the resources with right set of skills & potential hence helping you to take the right decisions for the business.
How would you define DTEN as an organization and its current position in the market?
DTEN is a strategic partner of Zoom and we work closely to design & bring the right set of products in the market which are All-in-One design, simple to use & easy to set up, plug & play and affordable, it just works- right out of the box. As we listen to our customers who want to have the same experience on Teams platform hence, we recently announced our partnership with Microsoft.

I look forward to addressing and acquiring new logos in our basket with our unique products. We want to help them so that they can collaborate seamlessly. Our partnership with Zoom & Microsoft grows stronger with new products in the designing phase.
