Technology is already being integrated into training facilities through audio visual sessions, graphics, and learning videos, which help teachers easily exemplify many difficult ideas to students in a simplified and understandable manner. Technically advanced environments are gradually becoming the most commonly utilized teaching method, not only because they boost productivity and performance, but also because they radically aid in the teaching and learning processes.

To deliver a one stop solution for learning & development and skilling of all students in every field, Pranjal Jain and Jasmeen Kaur established VictoryPoint, an organization committed to providing high quality higher education by integrating conventional pedagogy with contemporary solutions. The duo proposes a two teacher solution to the prevailing gaps in the educational ecosystem, wherein the ‘Subject Matter Expert' will record the whole course from the comfort of their hometown and the `Class Teacher' will be physically present in the classroom to conduct the classes and solve students' doubts. In an exclusive interaction with CEO Insights, Pranjal and Jasmeen spoke more about the unique education model VictoryPoint is proposing, about their experience at IIT Kanpur, and their entrepreneurial journey.

Pranjal, how has IIT Kanpur influenced you in both academic and non-academic ways?
With diverse perspectives, my experience at IIT profoundly transformed me, and I discovered what education truly is. It's more than just facts and data about the subjects it's about being able to think independently and look at the

bigger picture. I learnt and recognized the differences between a small project and large scale applications, and most significantly, I saw the necessity of innovation in the creation of systems, activities, and serving the audience. I discovered that engineering is all about adding value to people's lives and generating more constructive and long term solutions.

What about you, Jasmeen? How has IIT Madras influenced you in terms of the aforementioned aspects?
It's a completely different circumstance for me because the majority of the professors always briefed me more about the implementation. I understood how to chart & identify challenges, and analyze & determine the problems that are being experienced by a large audience and then proceed to discover the appropriate solution while keeping the timeline project competency, and sustainability of the solutions in mind. I learned about detecting problems and generating solutions at IIT as well as how to work a delegation pattern towards offering superior results. IIT Madras was a fantastic experience that opened a whole new realm for me.

How would you describe VictoryPoint as an organization and its market position?
VictoryPoint is dedicated to providing highquality education, which is currently lacking in the market. We strive to provide students with enhanced abilities and knowledge of the actual world so that they can manage problems much more effectively. The trend is to hire part time instructors to offer sub par courses because they do not have enough time to study the subject after working full time. Even the industry's biggest brands are unable to provide quality education after charging steep fees from the students. VictoryPoint is a one stop destination for all of the educational needs of students in every field, established with the belief that every student should be taught by the finest instructors. The issue with traditional physical institutes is that they are unable to deliver the same quality of education at all of their locations only the main centres have the top faculty and all other locations are unable to provide the same level of a learning experience. But at VictoryPoint, we believe that technology and innovation are the

best solutions to any challenge it is an innovative company dedicated to providing highquality education to all.

Technological advancement is trans forming the planet quicker than ever before. What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs based on your experiences?
Technology is changing the scene in all industries and for aspiring entrepreneurs, I would say that venturing your own company brings in a tremendously exciting adventure. There will be many highs and lows, even back and forth, but you will gain leadership skills and the ride to the top will be unforgettable. Furthermore, one must be prepared to face and overcome any challenges in your path, as well as learn from your mistakes and go forward again.

Jasmeen, what do you believe the future entrepreneurs in this field have in store for them? What recommendations/advice would you provide them?
When it comes to the education system, there are still many aspects that require technology driven solutions. We as a country have the expertise to implement those technologies which would eventually shape the global education industry. So, my advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to lean on their abilities and surround them-selves with experts, and not to let a lack of resources prevent them from implementing innovative ideas.
