At Deloitte he created exceptional blockchain tool for auditing cryptocurrency, and at Epam he Won international hackathon using AI to benefit everyday life creating a solution for smart kids monitoring system, how environment can be cleaned with technology. These experiences honed his ability to drive innovation and embrace a growth mindset. Co-founding Techdome with Gaurav, Rahul's vision was to create scalable IT solutions for diverse businesses. By leveraging his extensive expertise across sectors like healthcare, fintech, and manufacturing, Techdome excels in developing cutting-edge solutions utilizing blockchain and AI technology. What inspired the founding of Techdome Solutions, and how are you leveraging your past experiences to steer it strate-gically?

The inspiration for founding Techdome Solutions stemmed from a recognition of the market's gaps. Throughout our consulting careers, we encountered numerous client challenges and provided tailored solutions. This experience gave rise to our core philosophy, 'Tech Doctors,' a term we proudly embrace.

'Tech Doctors' represents more than just IT professionals; it embodies experts who diagnose and resolve technological issues to ensure businesses operate at their peak. Many small and medium-sized enterprises struggle with integrating IT solutions smoothly into their operations. My co-founder and I, with our diverse IT backgrounds, identified an opportunity to create a company offering comprehensive, tailored IT solutions.

Leveraging my experience with EPAM and Deloitte, where I was involved in numerous digital transformation initiatives, we aimed to build a company that emphasizes innovation, scalability, and client-focused solutions. Our strategic vision is informed by a deep understanding of the industries we serve, positioning Techdome as a leader in IT solutions.

My co-founder, Gaurav, has been pivotal in shaping our vision. With a strong background at Microsoft, Gaurav has led impactful IT projects that foster business growth. His expertise in managing large-scale projects and driving innovation has been crucial in establishing Techdome Solutions as a trusted partner.
At Techdome, we are dedicated to being the technical backbone for small and medium-sized enterprises, enabling their growth through the seamless integration of advanced IT solutions. This allows businesses to focus on their core strengths while we manage their technological needs, enhancing operational efficiency and driving success in a competitive landscape.

How are you attracting potential talent to join your team, and how do you motivate them to deliver their best in creating innovative solutions for clients?

At Techdome, even as CEO, I actively code, underscoring our commitment to technology and try to set a benchmark for the freshers and the students that how to code and how to write the best code using baby steps and help them shape their careers.

My leadership approach centers on transparency, empowerment, and collabo-ration. I maintain an open floor plan where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and feedback, fostering trust and effective communication. I set clear goals and provide autonomy for achieving them, with regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and address challenges. By fostering an environment where team members feel valued and supported, we drive innovation and productivity. I also emphasize continuous learning and encourage the pursuit of new skills and knowledge.

What are your expectations for the market going forward?

Looking ahead, I expect the IT market to be profoundly influenced by rapid technological advancements and industry disruptions. To stay competitive, it’s essential to monitor market trends closely and understand evolving customer needs. The focus will be on how effectively we address
problems and the user-friendliness of our solutions.

At Techdome Solutions, we view blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) as game-changing technologies poised to reshape industries. Blockchain, with its decentralized and secure nature, will transform data integrity, transparency, and transactions across various sectors. Simultaneously, AI will drive intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced customer experiences, allowing businesses to operate more efficiently and make smarter decisions.
