Having done B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Rahul started off his career with L&T (the Indian engineering conglomerate), through campus placement. Performing various functions like Production management, Supply chain Management & Project Management, it was indeed a riveting experience for him, however his inclination towards finance led him to the glorious world of fintech. For the scoop onground experience he enrolled into the ICICI Business Leadership Programme (a blend of on campus academics and on the job training programme that focuses on creating leaders for tomorrow in the finance space through exposure in various functions of banking) and pursued his MBA from NU Having done B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Rahul started off his

Tell us about iMoney Pay as an organization. Tell us about the different technological advancements that has been set up in the company to meet the needs of your clients?
iMoney Pay is a fintech and payment startup, incorporated in 2017 in Delhi NCR. The company holds non-bank PPI License from RBI and also has applied for PA/PG authorization from RBI. Recently, the company has decided to enter into Digital banking, extending banking experience through Mobile app for
unbanked & under banked. The company has multifaceted bouquet of products like Co-branded prepaid cards, Gift cards Payout product for payable management, Payment aggregation product for receivable
management and white labelling of technologies.
I believe pace of technology innovation is continually increasing, with more options tools, platforms, and networks. Hence, Technology optimization is one of key area we are comprehensively focusing through planning, tailored approach, managing & maintaining operational efficiency for day-to-day and critical

Customer need identification through data and market research based approaches has helped us to focus on key areas which are relevant for the overall growth of the company. Payments and Fintech space is under fast evolution and has immense dynamics associated with it. We have been giving equal attention to both demand and supply side of the venture. Currently, we are building products completely from customer centric approach.
What according to you has been your success mantra that constantly helps you to arrive at positive outcomes?
Selfmotivation, embracing problems, learning from mistakes, intense general observation, curiosity & willingness to know things from WHAT WHY HOW approach, empowering others & enjoying the work at large has been few things that has helped in sailing better.
You have been successfully leading iMoney Pay by developing its business globally. What is the future roadmap that you have planned for the company?
Company shall focus on neobanking and open banking space and continuously leverage technology.
