I have a remarkable professional background as a leader, currently holding the esteemed position of India Country Manager at CLOUDROCK PARTNERS. I specialize in delivering cutting-edge Cloud Transformation projects, ensuring growth, sustainability, and smooth operations in India.
My journey began with a call center job in Mumbai, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. I then gained hands-on experience in software development at Infosys, using Oracle Technology and gaining a foundational understanding of the corporate world. I pursued an MBA from a prestigious B-school and joined Genpact's Master Data Management team, achieving impressive results through Lean and Six Sigma certifications.
To explore cloud technologies, I joined Deloitte, receiving comprehensive training and certification in HCM and Workday Integration. As a Consultant, I excelled and established the Workday Practice in the Mumbai
office. I further expanded my skill set as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini.
Driven by a desire to understand the customer's perspective, I ventured into STAR TV India, later acquired by the Walt Disney Company. As the Manager of HRIS, I was responsible for maintaining the HRIS system, implementing enhancements, and building a highperforming team. My outstanding contributions led to my representation of India in the prestigious global Disney Vista Transformation Project, showcasing my expertise in navigating complex transformations.

Firstly, I embrace a democratic style that values contributions and promotes collaboration. Secondly, I adopt a transformational style to inspire and motivate my team, prioritizing their growth aligned with organizational objectives. Lastly, I employ an autocratic approach to make tough decisions and address challenges directly when necessary. By blending these styles, I foster collaboration, personal growth, and accountability, prioritizing effective decision-making and empowering the team to overcome challenges
