Currently, Rajiv Srinivas is the Chief Strategy Officer at SP Software, one of the leading enterprise business software and Information Technology services firms that offer IT consulting, technology, and outsourcing services. SP Software, which was founded in 1995, is one of India's fastest growing IT companies, with strong strategic alliances with leading worldwide corporations and the ability to manage orders of any scale.

In an exclusive interaction with CEO Insights Magazine, Rajiv Srinivas walks us through his professional journey and the unique traits of SP Software.

Shed some light on your illustrious educational and professional journey. Also, having a long professional experience, what motivates you today?
I started my career in 1993, upon completion of my Electronics Engineering degree. I have spent the last 25+ years in the IT / ITES business. I have worked extensively on Technology talent and have specialized in Captives / Global In House Centers right from setting up to rapid ramp-up. In my previous corporate career with a Healthcare captive, I was instrumental in
growing the company from zero to 8000 employees in 18 months across two locations. This was one of my career highlights.

I execute without excuses and deliver outcomes. This has been my motto since the beginning of my career, and I continue to live by it


Delivering outcomes motivates me every day. Working with clients, understanding their business challenges, and assisting them in solving them is what drives me.

Brief us about SP Software as an organization and its position in the market. Tell us about the unique services offered bythe company to its clients?
SP Software has been in the business for over 25 years.In our offshore development business,we have a long standing international clientele. We work with tech giants in our consulting business. On a need basis,we provide end-to-end services, including incubating, setup, development, operation, and transfer. We also assist with rapid ramp-ups as required by the client.We have a strong financial position and continue to invest in people, infrastructure and technology. We have a proven track record and enjoy great credibility with our clients. This is giving us the platform to express our selves and provide highquality service.

What unique strategies do you implement in the company's operations that help maintain its position in the market?
The key to success has been our
business, issues and challenges. These help us prioritize our deliverables. Also, we believe that having open and honest conversations builds trust and relationship management is practiced at all levels. With all this, we are able to sustain our market positioning.

What according to you is the success mantra that made you stand where you are today?
I execute without excuses and deliver outcomes. This has been my motto since the beginning of my career, and I continue to live by it.

What are the changes in the market behavior that you foresee and what is the roadmap that you have planned for the company?
Our industry is constantly evolving, and we devote a significant amount of time to comprehending these changes and aligning our deliverables accordingly. We will continue to expand our business organically and look to buy businesses that add value to us. We did one acquisition in late 2020 and are currently evaluating a couple of opportunities.
