Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
My journey at JNTU University College of Engineering commenced in 2004, renowned for its transformative education. From its origins as a barracks in WWII, the university evolved into a crucible of learning. The ethos of self-reliance and resilience instilled in me there has been pivotal. Beginning with Value Labs, then Oracle, and later Ernst and Young, I honed my skills in product development and consulting. In 2016, I co-founded a tech consulting firm called Axle HRM, catering to diverse clients including an Australian mining entity.
Furthermore, witnessing India's startup boom, I find profound motivation in contributing to job creation, especially empowering remote workers, including women from rural areas, thus fostering inclusive growth.
Tell us about the unique experiences Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur offers. What did you learn from the campus beyond academics?
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur offered a blend of academic rigor and enriching experiences that transcended the confines of textbooks. As a mechanical engineering student, while my academic performance was moderate, I was very involved in extracurricular activities. Hailing from a rural background myself, I recognized the communication gap prevalent among students from similar origins. This realization led to the inception of a student club focused on enhancing communication skills. The journey was transformative, fostering camaraderie and resilience among us. Even though we encountered challenges like limited resources and infrastructure, our hard work paid off. Many of us landed campus placements and even secured admissions to prestigious institutions like the IITs. The university's spirit of resilience and flexibility continues to influence me, giving me the confidence to face difficulties directly in both my personal and professional life.

As someone who has traversed the professional landscape, I can attest to the importance of cultivating a distinct personal brand. Aspiring leaders should focus on developing their personal brand alongside technical expertise.
