You have over 22 years of experience. How would you describe your journey to success, and what is your success mantra?
Having supportive mentors and maintaining self confidence are essential elements on the path to professional success. Seeking guidance, asking insightful questions, and embracing continuous learning play pivotal roles in accelerating career development. Mentors provide valuable advice, helping individuals navigate challenges, while a belief in one's abilities
fosters resilience and motivation. Cultivating curiosity and a mindset of lifelong learning ensures steady growth, keeping professionals adaptable and prepared for new opportunities.
Can you describe your leadership style? What principles or strategies do you use to guide and manage your team effectively?
My leadership approach combines ‘Servant and Transformational Leadership’ principles to foster a positive, supportive, and rewarding environment, enabling my team to grow both professionally and personally. I strive to inspire, motivate, and push my team toward achieving extraordinary results, encouraging them to reach beyond their potential. Leadership, in my view, isn’t an overnight change but a continuous process of learning and evolving.
Since 2019, I have been actively involved with Toastmasters International, which has significantly enhanced my communication and leadership skills. As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), I serve as a Coach and Mentor to various clubs, helping members develop their skills and inspiring them to become the best versions of themselves. This role has deepened my ability to guide individuals through challenges, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. In today’s fast-paced digital world, leadership requires agility and adapt ability. Leading a team effectively involves not only making decisions and listening actively but also learning from experiences and focusing on continuous improvement. Each interaction provides an opportunity to reflect, grow, and refine my leadership approach.
My goal as a leader is to empower every team member to feel valued, motivated, and equipped to excel in their roles. I believe that with the right combination of inspiration, trust, and support, we can collectively achieve extraordinary outcomes.
