Tell us about your professional background and experiences. What inspired you to take up the role of CEO at Think Big Advertising?
I have worked for Madison Media as a business executive for the state of Goa on brands such as Airtel, Tata Docomo, Panasonic, United Beverages, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC, Bajaj Allianz, Muthoot Finance Corporation Limited, and more. I had the opportunity to see Ad Gurus which made me want to stay and
learn and understand the business better. This maturity and excellent supplementary vision advanced with a desire to be fearless has inspired me for a new life experience and supported me to start to Think Big Advertising.

What is the impact you have been making in your current role? What would you say is the uniqueness in your style of leadership?
With ample marketing and sales experience, I support the sales process by searching out potential business opportunities and staying updated on relevant industry information. I research product, contact, and general information on advertisers and serve as primary contact for advertising agencies and clients. I also successfully monitor competitors' brands and try to keep a positive presence at work by involving every employee in the company's culture. It helps build a happier working environment, makes others feel supported and valued, and improves their morale. I try to get to know my team members better by reaching out to them, learning about their lives, and showing them they have a friend at work, not a Boss. Effective listening and noble problem solving skills have been the uniqueness of my leadership style.

invest our money in has been an expression of our organization that has kept us afloat in the industry. Our decision making is not based on emotions because emotion is not usually an asset when investing as "We want them to Dream big and Believe big".

What success mantra constantly helped you arrive at positive outcomes?
When things are not happening according to my plan, when times are complex, and challenges and problems are overwhelming, I tell myself that it will hurt take time, and require dedication, willpower, and sacrifice. I will need to push myself to my max, it will be challenging, but it will all be worth it.


As the breeding ground of your company, how has Goa been favoring you so far in your operations?
Goa is where my heart belongs as it's a modern and forward looking state where warmth and kindness lie in our tradition. It ranks at the top regarding the quality of life and is the best placed state in the country regarding infrastructure facilities. Though one of the smallest states in the area, it has the highest per capita income in India. All this has undoubtedly helped operations with business connectivity through the road.
