Could you walk us through the major milestones you have crossed in your professional journey so far?
I began my professional journey at the age of 15, leveraging my passion for programming, innovation and technology. This early start led to opportunities with various companies, tackling their critical projects, by 21, I had advanced to being a CTO for a major multinational, leading major initiatives and driving techno-logical innovation. At 23, I transitioned to entrepreneurship, successfully founding and selling two ventures, and my career continued with the creation of Zenga Media One Digital Entertainment & NewMedia Holding, among others Throughout this journey, I learned the significance of technology, people management, and business dynamics. These experiences underscored the importance of continuous innovation and strong relationships,
shaping my path to building successful leaders and leadership within my team and myself.
How do you find these experiences beneficial in guiding the company toward a strategic direction?
Our diverse portfolio spans core tech, future tech, media tech, technology innovations, robotics, blockchain, logistics, e-commerce, and more, operating across 14 countries. What I've found most beneficial in guiding the company strategically using deep tech, human evolution and expectations, financial modeling, business modeling, combined with strong team building skills.
Success hinges on creating, managing, and supporting a cohesive team that shares a unified vision. An individual's contri-bution is limited without a motivated team that cares about and aligns with the company's vision with a strong urge to achieve. Also, maintaining strong rapport and mutual care fosters an environment where everyone can deliver their best, driving the company toward its strategic goals effectively.
How do you attract the right market leaders to be a part of your endeavor?
Attracting the right market leaders involves transparency and a clear vision, as well, I believe in being honest about our strengths, weaknesses, and the challenges we face. This ensures that leaders, especially in senior roles, understand the real picture and are prepared to tackle the issues head-on. I also share my vision for the company's future, including our strategic goals, what can be changed, and what is core to our business. This clarity helps function leaders see how they can contribute meaningfully, those who align with our vision often stay long-term, growing with the company. Many of our leaders have been with us for over a decade, evolving from early team members to key management roles. This alignment and mutual commitment drive our victory.

This period is a seeding stage for future industry giants, and being part of this transformative phase is both a challenge and an exciting opportunity.
What future opportunities do you look forward to leading the company to create an impact?
We're passionate about technology and innovation, and always eager to explore new horizons, however, timing is crucial. We've learned from experience that launching too early can be challenging, as we have had to wait for the market to catch up. Currently, we are focusing on impactful projects like Taurus Chain, our unique layer-one blockchain, which is the only gasless chain in the world. This technology supports various sectors, including media, entertainment, education, and sustainability among the many. Additionally, we're developing exciting ventures in e-commerce and eco-friendly solutions, as our goal is to lead with advanced innovations that align perfectly with market readiness, ensuring meaningful and timely impacts.
What would be your advice to budding industry leaders?
To budding industry leaders, remember that leadership is about your team, build the right team, then be honest and transparent with them. Your team will understand your imperfections and support you, making the impossible achievable.
