I am a multifaceted global business leader with more than 20 years of both success & failure experience in the area of Bi,Data Monetization, Adv Analytics, Application modernization & research in Decision Science with high Mathematical & Statistical orientation, playing a strategic role in the IT industry spanning across Information Management Strategy, Technical Sales and High-end Technology Solutions architecting. Over the years, I have built lasting Global Alliance Partnerships and Customer Relationships through a solution oriented and consultative approach substantiated with measurable metrics throughout.
I have architected and monetized full-fledged Analytics solutions for various industry verticals embedding Machine and Deep learning models. I have extensive experience in GENOME Variation exploration for genetic prioritization based on annotations genotypes and relationships in the field of drug
discovery and post launch analysis for life sciences organizations in the US.
I also have innovated self-learning/ healing analytical models in the field of actuarial science using deterministic and stochastic models for the BFSI domain and have excellent experience in Aerospace and Manufacturing domain (Automotive, Heavy constructions, Medical Instruments, and Oil & Gas) in the Analytics horizontals. Apart from that, I have consulting experience in single chassis hyper convergence architecture for complex computing, storage & virtualization for Advanced Data analytics, and IOT solutions.

My leadership approach has always been to win together as a team. The best teams win together, learn together, adapt together, lose together, and grow together. In high-performing teams, their interactions and communications are fluid, relevant, and even playful. Great teams are capable of achieving astonishing results, because, in part, their leader intentionally shapes the conditions that help people do exceptional work together.
We all strive for success on our own terms, which takes a lot of ingenuity and perseverance to achieve. However, sometimes a little extra kick can come in the form of a mantra that ignites our creativity, boosts our confidence, and helps us attain our goals. If I want to make something happen, I use the phrase 'find a way', which is also my success mantra. This quote is inspired by swimmer Diana Nyad, who used it while swimming from Cuba to Miami. It’s a great reminder to relax, trust yourself, and allow possibilities to emerge.
What is the future destination you are heading towards?
The latest technologies evolve in parallel with the semiconductor 'Chip' evolutions. The future of embedded systems lies in the advancement of technologies that enable faster communications, heavy data storage capacities, and highly interwoven connections among devices. As part of our future roadmap, we will be focusing more on embedded systems and solutions for the next four years.
