Give us a brief detail about your educational & professional background and how has it helped you in your journey so far?
I Hold a Master's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Bharathiyar University in Coimbatore and I started my career as a sales person, then moved onto Chief Executive Officer within a span of four years. Having fair knowledge in electronics background has helped to learn the business of the products of this industry verywell, and the work experience at a different level helped to structure my own firm from the very start.
As a MD, what are strategic guidance and direction given to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its vision and mission. What were the initial challenges that taught you the basic lessons of managing diversified functions of organizations?
We were only two people while
starting. I played all the roles in Think semi Infotech starting from packing and forwarding to MD of the firm. Fulfilling customer expectation by delivering quality products is an integral part of our vision. I personally make sure and direct the team to not compromise quality at anywhere or any stage of the product by establishing Quality Management system (QMS) in place. Our mission is to provide all the support to our employees with leadership resources and training to empower themselves in all aspects, including technical and personal growth. We are in the process of making each employee as a leader.
As I mentioned earlier, I had experience at different level in myprevious organizations that helped me to manage diversified functions of my own organization, and employing the right person based on their skill set and empowering them to work without much dependency has led to the growth of the organization.
What are the key drivers that you deploy to ensure that the company's operations are used appropriately to meet its short/long term needs? What are your strategies to take the business to the next level and satisfy customers as to meet their requirements?
The major key drivers deployed to ensure the company's operation in achieving its short term and longterm goals are Customer Satisfaction, Turnkey Solution, Cost Reduction Management, and Quality Management System & Process, which are the vital operations followed by our organization to meets its goals and expand beyond expectations.
There are certain challenges that are being faced by the electronics system design and manufacturing industry for instance, fast growing technology, upgradation of new features of product versions, and size of the products are getting slimmer day-by-day. However, there is space to raise above the shadows, and to grow sharply by implementing strategies such as market studyhelps us to understand

What was the impact of pandemic on the design and manufacturing market of electronics? How did Thinksemi Infotech cope up with it?
Due to sales impact in this industry, inventory had piled-up. We tackled the pandemic by converting challenges to business opportunity by shifting our focus from automotive industry to Covid related products such as ventilations, pulse oximeter, covid ID cards, temperature monitors and more.
In your professional journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both as an individual and a MD?
Providing employing opportunity to young professionals in our firm is the most satisfying thing in my journey. The milestone which was satisfying in this journey so far is when we achieved the employee's count from two to 50.
How do you update yourself with the latest technologies and trends in the electronics design industry? What is the future roadmap for Thinksemi Infotech?
Technology journals, interaction with various industry clients, technical magazines help us to stay up to date in this Industry. We are working towards making our firm into Tier-I ODM from current SMB and we want to achieve the employee count of minimum of 1000 and more. Also, we want to give opportunity to the first generation and skillfull graduates/ Engineers in employment.
