How has your professional journey been so far? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
Throughout my career of nearly 23 years, I have spent most of my time working in the service industry, where I have developed and refined my skills. As I worked with various multinational companies, I began to harbor a deep desire for an Indian organization that could support and empower the country's talented employees and suppliers. That's how Skkato India was born. With a clear vision and targets for the future, we relentlessly pursue our goals daily. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made us a leading player in the industry. We take pride in our contribution to building a self-
reliant India, and our passion for progress continues to drive us toward greater heights.

How would you define Skkato India as an organization and its current position in the market?
Skkato India boasts a workforce of over 400 dedicated employees, and our presence spans the length and breadth of India, from Uttarakhand to Coimbatore. While we are proud of our achievements and progress towards our specific criteria, in comparison to our competitors, we are confident that we rank among the top two or three. Our range of services is vast and varied, encompassing third-party inspection, metrology inspection, Reverse Engineering as well as training, and auditing services, all aimed at empowering and upgrading the Indian suppliers. With a sole focus on the Indian market, Skkato India is committed to delivering quality services that exceed expectations and set the bar high for our competitors.

Give a brief note on the quality control procedures you follow at your organization.
As an ISO 9001-certified organization, we place great emphasis on our systems and procedures. At Skkato India, we have carefully defined and implemented these processes to ensure that we adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Our commitment to excellence extends to the digital realm, where we have developed our customized platform to streamline our operations. Also, we have already begun integrating location-based work processes into our quality systems, and we are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve our offerings. At the heart of our approach lies a passion for precision and attention to detail, which drives us to go above and
beyond for our clients every day.

Tell us about your leadership approach, and the guidelines or methodologies you follow to lead your team.
I am a firm believer in delegation and entrusting my team with 100 percent responsibility for their work. From day one, this approach has been a key factor in our success. When we first began, our team consisted of just eight employees, and we were solely focused on inspection services. Today, thanks to the unwavering commitment and dedication of our team, we have expanded our offerings and grown year by year. This development is a testament to our culture of trust and collaboration, where every team member is empowered to take ownership of their tasks and activities. By fostering a sense of accountability and teamwork, we have built a dynamic and thriving organization that is poised for continued success in the years to come.

In light of your strong experience within the industry, what advice would you give to budding industry leaders?
Skkato India has ventured into a wide range of industries, from providing top-notch third-party Inspection Metrology and Audit Training to diving into the manufacturing sector. We have even established ourselves in the restaurant and resort business. Looking ahead, we are gearing up to explore the promising realm of artificial intelligence and automation or even Mechatronics. We aim to stay ahead of the game and not fall behind in the face of such cutting-edge technology.
