Tell us about the inception story of Aritza Gold. How has been the journey so far. What were the challenges and what were the measures deployed at the time?
Aritza Gold is a new venture for us into the gold jewellery manufacturing segment. It is quite a challenging and competitive market to start with and we are planning to go global. We are having best of its technologies that will help us to cater to the requirement of the global market.
The most significant challenge we faced in our journey is the high price of raw materials which is the price of raw gold. Another challenge was the high expense incurred to reach the customer. To meet the expectation of customers buying jewellery at an affordable price, we are focusing on creating the finest light weight jewellery concept.
What makes customers choose your company? What are the factors considered to ensure the smooth running of business operations?
As I mentioned earlier, we have the best technology available in our unit, the designs of our jewelery are light weight with a world class finish, which other manufacturers cannot give respective of finish to the customers and that makes and will keep making the customers choose our company. Our inhouse design team & professionals in the management team with experience of more than 30 years plays a vital role in delivering a world-class finish to the jewellery.
To ensure the smooth running of business operations, our company has the policy to run on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Every process in our company has a particular SOP and for the proper understanding of it, we carry out frequent awareness sessions for our employees. We also train our staff in every capacity for smooth operations.
How do you encourage and foster a learning culture in the workforce?
Fostering a learning culture in the workforce is a top priority for us. We believe that investing in our employees’ growth and development is essential to the success of our organization. To foster a learning culture, we encourage our employees to identify their learning goals and provide the resources and support they need to achieve them. This includes access to casting, stamping, tubing, quality control, and manufacturing. We believe that leaders should model the behaviour they want to see in their employees therefore, there should be a positive tone set up from the top. We have also created a workplace environment that is conducive to learning and we encourage employees to take time out of their workday to participate in training & development programs. We also believe that recognizing and rewarding employees for their learning achievements is essential to creating a learning culture. Fostering a culture of collaboration is also essential to creating a learning culture. That way we encourage our employees to work together, share their knowledge and expertise, and learn from each other.

As a responsible company, we recognize the importance of environmental responsibility and sustainability, and we are committed to reducing our environmental impact through our operations which include energy efficiency, waste reduction, sustainable transportation, and sourcing. We also ensure that no waste is going out from our company which can be a trouble to the environment.
We encourage our team to take an active role in CSR initiatives and support their participation in various ways such as Volunteer programs, donations, employee driven CSR activities, and corporate giving. We are committed to continuing our efforts to promote social welfare and sustainability and to inspire others to do the same. We have promoted Mblood app and as a group have installed RO plants in more than 60 Govt or aided schools providing more than 60,000 litres of water everyday.
