What drives your daily routine as a leader?
It is the sheer love for what I do. The visual medium, in particular, has captivated me since childhood. I wake up each day motivated by the opportunity to connect with like minded individuals and engage in the work that I truly love.

What prompted you to start T Junction Media?
With my experience as the former head of content for a leading media agency and a deep understanding of the power of story telling for brands, I recognized the need for out-of-the-box ideas that could create compelling visual narratives.
As a boutique content agency, we believe that a strong script is the backbone of any successful production. We work closely with brands,understanding their challenges and crafting stories that truly resonate with their target audience. ‘Humor’ and ‘Emotion’ are two categories that consistently engage and connect with people, and we leverage these elements to create impactful narratives.

My team is not working for me, they are working with me, and together we have a common goal of delivering the best project for our client.

In the next five years, we aim to become a full-fledged production house, known for telling great stories and working on award-winning campaigns. We will move into producing feature films and shows for OTT platforms. Empowering young storytellers and partnering with big studios and platforms will drive our growth. Ultimately, we want to tell impactful stories that leave a lasting impression on people. Personally as a speech and camera-facing coach, I wish to empower many more influencers and help more corporates in building an executive presence.

Trust and respect your teams. Instead of treating them as subordinates, view them as collaborators working towards a shared vision. Empower them, provide them with the necessary tools, and allow them to grow. It's crucial to foster an environment where experimentation and new ideas are welcomed. In our industry, we often get stuck in a trend and hesitate to explore different genres. We must break free from this pattern and encourage diverse storytelling. Additionally, we need to recognize the varied audiences across different regions and create content that caters to their preferences. By embracing a multitude of stories and talent, we can foster a thriving industry for everyone to work in harmony.
