Tejaswi Nikhil Gattu
Founder & MD
Below is an excerpt from Nikhil's inter view with the team of CEOInsights.
How does your company stand unique from your competitors in the industry?
We have divided our resources into teams of three to four divisions. While one group targets to get the material at the least cost without compromising the quality the other team checks the materials that we have purchased to ensure their suitability for the purpose While the third team focuses on execution and monitors our manpower to get the project done, our fourth division is responsible for quality inspection. By maintaining direct communication between the material acceptance department and the quality inspection division I
ensure the implementation of innovative and contemporary standards of the real estate domain to be reflected across our projects. Always striving to be a step ahead of our competitors we keep following the innovations happening in society and the latest trends coming up within the industry with a notion to upgrade our offerings.
In your professional journey so far, which major milestones bestowed you with utmost satisfaction, both on the personal and professional fronts?
Owing to the enactment of government administered policies in 2014, it took us some time to get ourselves aligned with the industry as a lot of policies have changed. We are not able to comprehend the implications of the new government, whether they're concentrating on developing the already developed areas, or advancing towards developing the backward areas. All I did was sit back and observe. I trusted my intuitions and I was quite
sure that there will notbe any significant changes and the same development will continue. Although a lot of industry leaders have stopped their work, I continued, and immediately the results were exceptional because as soon as the new government was successful in rein stating trust in the public, people started investing and came back to buy properties. I felt a huge sense of satisfaction at this phase. In another scenario, a lot of people suggested that I should not venture into gated communities or villa projects and just stick to the city or urban areas. Being confident, I pushed myself and started developing at least 10 communities in semi urban areas, and to everyone's surprise, many customers approached us to get a good property that fits a low budget and the project was highly successful.

What helped you reach this level of success and what is your success mantra?
The satisfaction in the eyes of our customers, who trust us immensely, has compelled us to come so far. Owing to my previous professional tenures, I hold a good repute in being friendly and building good relations with my customers. My professionalism and personality helped me gain the trust of our clients. Ensuring that they are satisfied with the results has always been my success mantra.
As a new age leader, what innovative opportunities do you foresee in the market? What are your future goals?
We have to support innovation. Whatever new pops up in the market, we must try to implement them across our operations because the market is becoming environment friendly. Especially during construction, many raw materials are used which cause a lot of pollution. Since we can't stop constructing houses whenthe population rate is increasing, we have to come up with innovative ideas to ensure that the environment is not spoiled. The future of the real estate domain lies in encouraging innovations in the upcoming days, which won't impact the environment.
