To revolutionize our services, having an eagle eye perspective is very important. We should closely monitor the latest updates on the new tools/technologies available. We should update ourselves through various media. We have developed software for patient management and MIS.
In your journey so far, which are the mile stones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both as an individual and as a CAO?
I have been fortunate enough to meet people at various levels whom I can look upon for inspiration. To name a few, my Parents, Teachers at Abhinav Bharti High School and Faculties at George College of Management & Science, Rupak Barua (he was my COO while working at CMRI, Kolkata during my initial days), Dr. S.S. Singh (Medical Superintendent at Haria L G Rotary Hospital), Shashikant Thorat (COO at Rainbow Hospital), Dr. Bipeen chandra Bhamre and Dr. Jayant Thakkar (my mentor).
The experiences that I have gained and the people I have met, worked with and learned from are perhaps the most satisfying part of my journey. I have been fortunate to get the opportunity to solve problems in a sector that plays such an integral part in people's lives and that's a source of great motivation.
What innovations and upgrades are currently happening in your organization?
We keep on tracking the latest regulatory changes. We also actively participate in various industry forums where there is two way communication with industry leaders. These forums also help in high lighting any issues and recommendations for improvements in the industry.
