Tell us about your experience at VNIT Nagpur. What were the key lessons you took away from your college experience, and how did the institution help shape your career journey?
VNIT was a transformative experience that significantly honed my strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The rigorous academic environment and exposure to diverse perspectives helped me develop an analytical mindset and a high adaptability quotient, both of which are crucial for effective leadership in today’s dynamic business landscape. My time at VNIT imparted three critical lessons that have become the foundation of my professional journey.
I learned the importance of operational discipline and structured problem-solving, which ensure efficient execution. I also embraced data-driven decision-making as a tool to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. Lastly, I developed agility and adaptability, enabling me to navigate the complexities of ever-evolving business environments. These compe- tencies have played a pivotal role in my ability to lead large-scale
enterprise trans-formations and excel in digital delivery.
Tell us about your current role at Nstarx and the various responsibilities you handle there.
As the Global Delivery Head, I lead the enterprise wide technology strategy, ensuring seamless execution and operational scalability across the organization. My role revolves around orchestrating global digital transformation programs and integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Engineering to drive innovation. I focus on aligning technology investments with business objectives, ensuring both profit ability and a strong competitive market position.
To enhance operational efficiencies, I leverage automation, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks, which accelerate time-to-market and improve delivery performance. Engaging strategically with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, and clients, I ensure that technology roadmaps are in sync with business growth.
Additionally, I am committed to building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of account ability, innovation, and results-driven execution. In short, my focus is on driving delivery excellence, business transformation, and long-term value creation.
How do you approach mentoring and training your team in their professional growth?
Leadership, to me, is about creating more leaders. I emphasize a structured mentorship model that cultivates growth and account ability across the organization. This begins with defining clear success metrics, ensuring every professional understands how their contributions align with the organization's strategic objectives. I prioritize fostering a continuous learning culture, encouraging teams to upskill in critical areas like AI, Cloud, Agile, and DevSecOps to stay ahead of industry trends.
Empowering teams is also central to my leadership approach. I encourage autonomy and innovation, enabling risk-taking and accountability while ensuring teams can think big and execute with precision. Additionally, I measure success through data and impact, ensure employees are aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), and understand the business-driven value streams.
