How has been your journey so far with Vedant Earthmovers?
Vedant Earthmovers, a Tata Hitachi dealership company was established in the year 2016. At that time Jharkhand was not much popular for an industry supplying construction equipment. But eventually, Jharkhand & its surplus availability of resources created big opportunities for us. Hence, I have been with the company since the very beginning and have been able to make it a renowned name in the construction industry through hard
work and perseverance.
How would you define Vedant Earthmovers as an organization and its position in the market? What is the unique proposition that your organization offers to its clients?
Vedant Earthmovers is one of the largest dealers of Tata Hitachi Construction in the country. With strengthened backend services, the company offers a variety of possibilities for our clients. We have the best after sale relationship with our clients wherein we offer the foremost services to them. We have opened branches in many parts of Jharkhand and created a huge team of manpower to be able to cater spare parts to our customers from different sectors.
Why did you choose Jharkhand to be the breeding ground for your company?
I had two significant reasons to start Vedant Earthmovers in Jharkhand. Firstly, I belong to a small town called Jhumri Telaiya which is located in Jharkhand. I wanted to build my venture in my hometown and also create employment opportunities for the people of the state. Secondly, Jharkhand is famous for its rich mineral resources. It is known as the land of industrial opportunities due to the easy availability of coal and minerals in the state. It was beneficial to start my business there as it is one of the fastest developing states in the country.
What is the success mantra that helps you to come to positive outcomes?
My mantra to success is always being able to do the business most ethically. I believe in patiently listening to the requirements of my clients and then helping them in the best possible way. I focus on moving forward despite the struggles and never stop expanding

Jharkhand being the headquarter of coal, we have a surplus availability of resource in the state. This creates a lot of opportunities for us in the market. Moreover, with the government implementing Make-in-India schemes and encouraging the production of local products, I believe India will soon completely abandon importing goods from foreign countries and thereby creating abundant opportunities for the local people.
In the light of your strong experience in the industry, what advice would you give to budding entrepreneurs?
I would advise future entrepreneurs to be focused on their goals and never get carried away by temporary hiccups. India is a land of opportunities, you just need to create a vision, stick to your goal, and build the most ethical business relationship with your clients. Self-belief and hard work will always earn you success.
