    Chief Customer officer occupies the highest position in any customer success department. Lately customer has become too important for business. Customer retention and satisfaction has become very important and difficult task in this competitive world. For the sustainability of business, it is necessary to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using their product or service. Hence CCO position was developed to provide a single vision across all methods of customer contact. CCO ensures the customer success departments are satisfying and mutually beneficial for both customers and business.
