In real estate, aesthetics refers to the practice of improving a building's visual appeal, usability, and overall style in order to increase its attractiveness to potential buyers and renters. A property's curb appeal increases when prospective purchasers can see themselves living there. In the same vein, T. P. Vinayan established Kent Constructions intending to bring a Kent culture to the real estate industry, one that is characterized by an enduring commitment to quality and aesthetics. For over twenty years, Vinayan has been running a successful business, using his expertise to build Prime residential complexes with their unique identities. Under Vinayan's direction, a small company grew into a major player serving a wide range of local and international customers. Once its vision and objectives were clearly defined, Kent quickly established itself as a household name in the world of high-end real estate ventures.

Top 10 Corporate Leaders from Kerala – 2022
Located at the Malabar Coast of India, Kerela possesses unique heritage and cultural diversity. The state’s natural beauty is a marked view to the eyes, and thus successfully attracts tourists from around the world, becoming a sought tourist destination among local and foreign travelers. While the state’s traditional industries include handloom, cashew, coir, and handicrafts, it also stands second due to its world-class infrastructure and well-trained human resource pool in the industry. The economy of Kerala is the 9th largest in India, with an annual gross state product (GSP) of Rs. 9.78 lakh crore in 2020–2021. Moreover, at current prices, while Kerala’s total GSDP was estimated to be Rs. 999,643 crore ($134.05 billion) in 2022- 23, from a rise of 10.8 percent over 2022. The state’s GSDP recorded a CAGR of 8.57 percent between 2015-16 and 2022-23.
Despite the multiple challenges that the Government of Kerala had to face over the past few years, the state made significant short-term, medium-term, and long-term structural strides in different spheres of the economy. Beginning with optimism in the context of prolific changes of time in public schooling, access to healthcare facilities, a new direction and achievement in housing for the poor and homeless, a transformation in physical infrastructure, a newfangled boost to agriculture, industry, information technology and tourism, a deepening of participatory local government, and the enhancement of social protection and gender empowerment, corporate legions have dexterously driven growth across diverse industries in the state and are looking for more.
