10 Best Co-working Service Providers - 2019
Co-working has long become the new norm, and today, the industry is indulged its fine-tuning epoch. A few months back, a research roundtable happened in GCUC Denver, constituting Carsten Foertsch from Desmag, Steve King from Emergent Research, and James Rankin from Instant Group, and the insights surfaced were overwhelming. The global market value of coworking spaces within a decade has hit an approximate value of $26 billion. Between 2014 and the end of 2018, the number of flexible workspaces increased by a whopping 205+ percent, while the number of operators expanded by 138+ percent. Furthermore, during 2019 - 2022, the number of co-working spaces is expected to grow at an annual rate of 13 percent across the globe. Unlike the old times of reluctance to accept new cultures, India has embraced the concept of co-working like nothing else. In numbers, the subcontinent’s flexible working space industry saw a 277 percent jump in leasing to nearly three million sq ft in the first quarter of calendar 2019 (according to a CBRE report). As far as the market is concerned, Bangalore and the Delhi-NCR region are the front-runners. It’s an ideal time to listen to the anecdotes of organizations that constitute this growth. In this issue of CEO Insights, we have perfected an index of ‘10 Best Co-working Service Providers – 2019’. The list features some of the most well-known flexible workspace providers who bring unprecedented business support along with their signature hallmark to the table. CEO Insights’ editorial board scrutinized the index through frequent discussions with a renowned panel of industry’s topmost CEOs, directors, VCs, and industry analysts, throughout the year. The proposed list aims to help organizations to choose their strategic co-working space provider, and gain the best work environment.
