Top 10 Real Estate Leaders in Hyderabad - 2021

The residential property market is picking-up momentum after the disruption of the sector by pandemic. Hyderabad is one of the most attractive cities in India which is witnessing high urbanization with its thriving technology industry and booming startup culture. According to the report by Collier's research, the city is going to be Asia's third-fastest growing city by 2024. Hyderabad is highly competitive with Bangalore as an investment destination for real estate. The city offers comparatively affordable prices for real estate.

Hyderabad, over the past couple of decades, has become a hub for information technology, pharma and biotech companies. The city also offers relatively better infrastructure when compared to all major cities in India. Less traffic congestion and low pollution level are major advantages of the city. Despite the hot climate, Hyderabad does not face any water crisis, which is also another positive factor. The city is also located in a safe geographical zone, which is not prone to major earthquakes and cyclones.

According to Anarock Property Consultants, Hyderabad recorded a housing sale of approximately 6,735 units in Q3 2021. This is a massive spike of over 300 percent from Q3 2020. Across the country, housing sales surged 113 percent year-on-year across the top seven cities  from about 29,520 units in Q3 2020 to nearly 62,800 units in Q3 2021. Within one year, from 2020 to 2021, Hyderabad added 14,690 units, an increase of 67 percent was witnessed over the year.
