XLRI Jamshedpur is one of the oldest B-schools in India. The institute established in 1949, has become famous for flagship Business Management (PGDBM) course which has consistently secured a place among the top five of India & legendary Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) course. The institute is not only top ranked Human Resource education in the country, but one among the whole Asia-pacific. The institute is also recognized by London business school among the first five institutes in India for management research. The college offers pretty good placement, and 100 percent placement is ensured almost every year. Students are hired by companies based on Consulting, HR, Marketing, Finance Operations and Sales. Even during the COVID years, the college was able to ensure 100 percent placement for its students.
